I left without being seen and made an appointment elsewhere. It was the third doctors office Id visited today. My daughter (who has autism) behaved exactly the same in each office. She flaps her arms like a little bird and laughs and says "hi" to people. The first two offices I visited the staff smiled at her and tried to interact. At this office some horrible woman that looked like Atilla the Hun came running out with her eyes bugging out of her head and told me I needed to make her sit. She wasnt bothering anyone. I put her in her stroller and sat for a few minutes but decided to leave. There are lots of doctors offices in Cleveland. I dont need to give my money to one whos staff is so unkind.

I have been going to Dr. Velotta for a few years now and really like her. The front desk however is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I walked up to the front desk to check in for my appointment and the brunette receptionist cut me off, gave me dirty looks rolling her eyes, and was being all huffy puffy. I was already nervous about going for a check up and walking into such an unpleasant, uninviting, and unprofessional person was about enough to make me want to walk right out of there and find a new doctor. Very disappointed in how a professional in the medical industry could be so rude for absolutely no reason to a paying client.

I think the doctors are great I have seen them all and have had a great experience, but unfortunately the front desk staff is very unpleasant and rude. When i called to make an appointment for my daughter the woman I spoke to had a hard time understanding the situation and was completely rude. Today when we went in for the appointment the two women behind the desk were snotty and snarling the whole time. I need to make a decision if we will go back because we do like the doctors

I had the most amazing experience with all the staff, throughout my pregnancy, and had the most amazing birth. If I called they were always nice, never had a long wait. Dr.Stalzer is literally amazing and the nicest person ever. Im super picky about my doctors and I would 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an obgyn

I go here a lot, some of the older receptionist are very rude and I personally dont like or will go back with Dr. Quinn hes horrible. If they go rid of those 2 people that place would be 5 stars.

When calling the office, the staff member Renee, was very unprofessional and unpleasant. Very poor representation of the doctor she works for.
