The service was absolutely terrible. When I made my appointment, the receptionist got the location wrong. When I called to correct her mistake (after showing up to the location the appointment was supposed to be at), I was kept on hold for a total of thirty minutes and was then told that I would have to pay an additional $30 fee because of the "missed appointment", (even though their office made a mistake). Both of the receptionists I spoke to were extremely rude. I do not recommend this service for anyone. There are various OBGYN offices that have remarkably better services than the Heart of Florida OBGYN.

I personally havent had any problems with any of the offices the staff at all the facilities lake Wales,Davenport or Winter Haven the staff was courteous to me I personally enjoyed coming to the offices and looking forward to coming to all my prenatal appointments as for all other reviews I would definitely recommend this office for prenatal care.

Every time I come here they are very welcoming and helpful! It is always a comfortable feeling. Ive seen many people (customers) at different locations are very rude to their staff. The staff handles it very well and is very professional. Ive been going here since I found out I was pregnant and have never had an issue.

I tried to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude. She put me on hold and never came back. i waited for 10 minutes. Needless to say, I will not be seeking services from this facility.

Love this place ! Staff is friendly! And so is the doctor. Wait time is not long at all.
