Doctor is a great knowledgeable man. However the people in the front are the worse receptionist I have ever seen, same spanish lady always doing everything half ass. First they make an appointment without sending medicine so after I had to call out from my job to take care of this they end up rescheduling me because of their own mistake. And now I just show up for my appointment and they have the audacity to tell me that the doctor is not in and they tried to reach me by calling me ONCE, 2 days ago while at work. Worst customer service So after wasting another work day/trip i have concluded that this doctor is not worth the trouble it brings. So thank you, the receptionists at Orlando Health-Ruben Santiago for making me feel like I waste my time everytime I come over. And this happened on (7/27)

Es un horrible dr . No respeta la privacidad del cliente tampoco es bueno y como Ginecologo. Siempre entra con mucha gente a atener a los clientes y como doctor o profesional no es nada serio nos tendió a mí y mi hermana estamos tratando de buscar otros Ginecologo porque es un asco como doctor

So grateful for Dr Santiago and his staff. My experience was great from start to finish. Went for an annual check up. The staff was super friendly and caring. Dr Santiago took his time answering all my questions. Will recommend to all my friends.

Excellent doctor! I Love Dr.Santiago. He caring and loving. He is very funny as well. The nurses in the facility are great too. If I ever have another baby again, this will be my doctor always!
