Very rude front desk person. Gave me an extremely hard time with my insurance. I have and have had active insurance for years. When I got there she gave me a hard time about the insurance and had me call my insurance company to verify my insurance. I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone since I had to hold for most of that time to have them verify that Yes I DID have insurance. She treated me like I was trying to pull a fast one. I finally am allowed to go back for my visit and when I am leaving she stops me and hands me a piece of paper with a phone number to the THEIR billing office and tells me to call them when I get home and have them verify my insurance and get a confirmation number from them. Like an idiot I did this. Of course when I called they verified that I DID HAVE INSURANCE WHICH WAS ACTIVE. Why could she not make this all herself???? It was their own billing office. She knew I had insurance she just wanted to be nasty. I was not a new patient either. Needless to say I never have gone back. It was embarrassing what the put me through and the fact that I had to stand there and call my insurance company was insane.

I started to come here 1yr ago, On my 1st appointment I went in due to pain, he check me gave me antibiotics, told me to schedule my yearly, sent me on my way, I scheduled my yearly and addressed the pain issue again, told me to schedule an ultra sound so I did. Came in for the ultra sound, he check it and told me he DID NOT SEE ANYTHING WRONG!! His Nurse called me a month later and told me that I needed to see a URO doctor right away because my abnormal findings on the ultra sound!!, wait, WHAT??? Zittel told me he didnt see anything WRONG!!!. Basically I need Surgery for something that I could of caught 1 yr ago, if he would have just paid more attention to what I was telling him....... DONE with this office.

They dont except patients with a body mass index of over 50. Thats not the worst of it. The worst of it is when I called to make an appointment they scheduled it. They waited until my wife took off work. They waited until I drove 20 minutes to get down there. They waited until we both took time out of our busy days. My wife lost hours at work. Then when we get there they have us fill out all the new patient paperwork. They take us back to the office. Then they tell us they cannot see my wife. A big waste of three hours of my life.

I have been seeing Dr. Zittel for over 7 years now. He is wonderful and the staff is amazing. Everyone is kind and makes you feel very comfortable. He was referred to me with very high praise and I have since met other people that go to him and they all have wonderful things to say. I cant say enough good things about him or his staff. The person that works the front desk is also very kind.

LOVE this office, they are always extremely helpful and make me feel very comfortable. I’m not sure who the other reviews were referring to as the receptionist as being rude, but I know the older women that has been there before when I visit is FAR from rude, the younger one isnt the sweetest but hasnt been "rude".
