I got infection from crown in 2012, went to pristine. They just replaced the crown with new one without taking care of the infection.They told me that my insurance didnt cover crown and I paid out of my pocket. Later I found that they also charged my insurance and not only that they tried charging my insurance for deep cleaning but I they didnt do any deep cleaning to me. When I asked to refund the money I paid for crown, they refused to refund. I end up paying to Insurance and the dentist but I had the infection till I visited another good and honest Dentist Pristine Dental is FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD. DONT GO THERE. If you are an existing patient, keep updated with your insurance company and keep checking what are the claims this fraud dentist sending to your insurance

This is an awesome place to get dental work done. They dont book a ton of patients, which ensures that they are slow and careful while working on you. Also, the dentist is as gentle as humanly possible. I had all my top teeth removed just yesterday, and 24 hours later I am working, pain free. Thank you Pristine!
