Im giving 2 stars because the Dentist was very nice and seemed genuinely upset that she wasnt able to assist me. However, Im giving them a low rating because if they didnt treat 5 year olds they should not have scheduled my kid an appointment, period. I completely wasted my time taking her in. How nobody scheduling caught her age is beyond me. I filled out 15 minutes of paperwork with her age written down 20 times. In addition, when the receptionist verified her info they should have known that Keystone first caps a childs Dental visits to every 6 months. This is an appointment that should have never been made. They really need to hire better appointment schedulers cause they seem a bit disorganized at the front. Now my kid will be delayed registering for School cause I dont have her Dental Exam form filled out. The Dentist wouldnt fill it out since she wasnt examining her or treating her. Talk about dropping the ball.

If I could give their customer service zero stars I would! Ive been trying to get them to resubmit a bill for 6 months now. They keep telling me they have and when I call the insurance they have no record of any resubmitted bill! Also they have preferential treatment where patients are concerned. I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes for my daughters appointment before another patient walked in. The rep named Andrea was extremely friendly with this patient (I guess a frequent flyer). She went back within 5 minutes of arriving. I dont appreciate that at all! Ms. Toni and Ms. Heather are great. They get 5 stars but the rest of this place gets 2 thumbs down!

This dental office overcharges patients by separating standard dental practices. Typically, most medical insurance companies will cover two cleanings a year but with them oh noooo!! For example,If you require a cleaning or a filling, they will separate both appointments making you come back for another day.More money being snatched out of your pocket. I never had cavities in my entire life because I always had great dental professionals who informed me of any cavities developing Less than a year, the so-called six cavities I had was actually two, which was confirmed by another dentist.What she was doing I have no clue.

It was ok but I didnt like how crowded the room was during my visit. There were workers just talking toothed workers in my room while I was trying to speak with the doctor. It felt like they were just bored and being newsy. The clerks were hearing my results. Im just big on privacy, my husband even sits in the lobby! The dentist office is intimidating enough. There shouldnt be an unnecessary crowd unless they are all ACTIVELY Participating. This happened last week I just know there are others who feel the same about professionalism so I couldnt act like that was "alright". Please do better.

So I called wanting to know if i could have my braces wires trimmed because I am from out of state just so happen to be based here and my Ortho appointment is not timmer the 23rd of November i leave the country in a few hours. They hang up on me twice and then told me they cant touch another Ortho work which I was not asking them to I just wanted the wire in the wire poking in my gym to be cut so if you have a dental emergency this is the wrong place to call your better off going to the ER

They were great I would recommend to anyone as every time Im there with my son there polite and wait time is not long to be called in the back they really care and once in the back there is only a 3-5 minute wait tops and they always explain everything they do before they do it and there very professional not ever have my son or I been treated as nice so great work Gentle Dental of Collindale,Pa

Staff with an attitude no system of accounts once you leave they will send you more bills which you have to fight for and when you go to them with bills they will not be listening to you and just through you out of there clinic ..would you like to go..your credit will be at stake once they send you a recovery notice.

If I could I would give them a ZERO! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!. I been going here for years but since they hired the woman to schedule appointments I have never been back. Shes rude and has a nasty attitude. They will lose a lot of money because of her.

Although it was my first time at Gentle Dental, I was out in a reasonable amount of time. The atmosphere is calming. The doctor, hygienist, and the dental assistant, are gentle. I gave them ten stars. Keep up the good work, and keep me SMILING.
