BIG mistake going to this practice. Avoid it at all costs! I took my wife here because she was having serious pain in her mouth. Being new to the area I picked this practice off a list and made an appointment for an exam and cleaning on a Friday afternoon. The Xray and exam were done but they told us they do not do cleaning on the first visit. They only map your teeth so they can write up a treatment plan. My wife was told she had a massive infection and needed a root canal. The Dentist told her that the roots "might" have some calcification but that she would be able to take care of it and do the root canal in the office. Just to fully understand what all had to be done I asked the Dentist a few questions which the Dentist seemed to take offense to. Then she walked out and told the office manager that my wife would need to go to an Endodontist because of calcification and sent my wife on her way with nothing but a treatment plan for thousands of dollars. For me, even though I had no cavities, and had my teeth cleaned only 4 months before, the office manager said Id still have to pay extra for a deep cleaning. Of course we could not find an Endodontist to see my wife so late on Friday so she was just going to have to hurt until Wednesday of the following week. Fortunately, on the way home I spotted a dental office near our home by chance, walked in and explained my wifes situation. Even though they were very busy they happily took her in. The Dentist who saw her stated he saw no calcification, but did confirm that she would need a root canal. But due to the major infection she had, the doctor wanted her to immediately go on medication to clear up the infection. In fact the second dentist was incensed that the Dentist at Dental Solutions let her walk out of the office without prescriptions or medicine to treat the infection, inflammation, and pain, REGARDLESS of whether or not she was going to do the root canal. The new Dentist we found expertly did the root canal right there in the office and subsequent crown, and OBTW, did it for over $300 less than what Dental Solutions wanted. For me, the new dentist said my teeth were great and I only needed a basic cleaning. At the end of the day, I am of the opinion and believe Dental Solutions is unfortunately like one or two others I have had the misfortune of experiencing in my life. A corporate based chain type dental practice that holds making money and profit as its main if not exclusive priority and focus as evidenced by the excessive treatment plans, high costs. The other reviews of this practice also says volumes. Oh and theres at least one person in that office with a serious BO problem. Do yourself a favor and dont learn the hard way. Go somewhere, anywhere else for your dental needs!

Horrible, horrible experience with both the dental and orthodontist side of this practice. We left the dental side over a year ago after being told in January that they could not find us ANY appointment after regular school hours (they are open late multiple days a week) until July. Found a lovely local dentist who got us in the next week. This summer, our daughter (18 months into her braces) couldnt schedule an appointment because their calendar didnt go out far enough. They gave us a card and told us to call after such-and-such a date in July. Called once at the end of July. Three times in August. Twice in September, Once in October that finally (FINALLY) yielded an appointment for mid-Oct. Each time, we left an increasingly irritated message with their answering service. Went there and were told it was made a dentist appointment instead (nevermind that we dont go there, spoke with the ortho staff/etc.). They squeezed us in after an hour, and we were told by the orthodontist that he "took issue with that" when we told him we had been calling so long and that his staff would never not call us back (nevermind that his office manager apologized and said we had been mis-scheduled). He (Dr. Koff) basically called us liars to our face and couldnt figure out when our daughters braces were finishing. He couldnt calculate that this January would be 2 years (literally). We have never been talked to this way by a doctor of any sort and will NOT be sending our second daughter there who begins braces next month. Their loss. Please do NOT use these people.

Horrible, went in and the doctor rushed the assistant taking my x-rays and then told me I needed a root canal. When I asked about it he told me but when I went into detail said you need it, thats it. I also asked about a tooth that sometimes hurt me because my wisdom teeth are coming and he (the Asian doctor), he said that my bottom teeth hurt because of my top teeth which made no sense. I asked what else and asked him to explain everything to me, I got nothing, he rushed the exam and then at the end walked away while I was talking saying you need you need. Thats all. Then when came time for payment Dana at front desk goes heres what its gonna cost you and if you cant pay we will put you on a payment plan, but when I asked certain questions she didnt feel the need to answer. The only part that was good was the hygienist who explained everything and was great. But other than that horrible felt so uncomfortable.

They did around $ 2000 worth of work and my mouth hurt more for 3 months after then they did before I went. Not only that the crown they loosey put in was too big. It shifts now when I floss and cuts the floss in half. Its very frustrating. I even went back within a week and they told me that it wasnt loose and that I shouldnt feel pain even tho I did. They went n took x-rays n just told me there was nothing wrong. When to me there was a lot wrong. Since then this cap is still putting pressure on other teeth and cause pain on those teeth. Not only that they charged me 99$ for them to tell me my mouth was fine. Im still paying it off and I have more issues then when I went. Im not rich so I would have rather them pull the tooth then to go through the pain of them drilling my tooth to nothing just to make it look pretty. I regret ever Goin here.
