Dr Shmurak is an amazing dentist! Very honest! Straight to the point professional! He installed porcelain veneers on my three front teeth. I have no pain or a feeling that those are not mine natural teeth. For me it was a real miracle! He saved my life and next day i went to work like nothing happened. After that experience I continued all my treatments with him and refereed all my relatives and friends to him. All of them were satisfied and thankful to me! Recently I decided to give my mom a smile make over. I moved her from Russia for two weeks to make sure that Dr Shmurak will have enough time between treatments. She had implants, crowns and fillers done for 2 weeks. During the treatment Dr Shmurak was very attentive to her pain and did everything in the professional manner. When my mom came back to Russia with her new smile, nobody could believe that for such a short period of time she was able to smile with confidence and joy. Now she is happy because her dream came true! The most important is that when you trust the DR, you are not scared of anything. When Im in Dr Shmurak hands i trust him my smile and my loved ones. I would recommend everybody not to waist their time and act towards their confident smiles without any fear!

Dr.hmuraks an Shmurak placed my very first Implant! Im hoping it will be my only one!! ..But he did a wonderful job. You see although I am a Registered Dental Hygienist I did not know what to expect with this procedure because Ive never needed an implant. When a root canal failed after 20 years (a procedure given to me by a different dentist) it left me with unbelievable pain and swelling on a weekend. I called Dr. Shmuraks answering service and he contacted me right away while he was on vacation. He gave me medicine that enabled me to get through the period of his vacation and when I saw him he extracted my tooth. Then we waited a few months to let that heal....then he placed the Implant in July 2015! No discomfort....injection was painless...Instruments were painless...Implant placement was painless....2 days of very mild pressure after the surgery, nothing a little ice couldnt take care of and Ive been healing nicely and feeling great. Cant wait to get my crown in November! I highly recommend Dr. Shmurak and his Team for all your dental needs.

Dr. Gary Smurak is wonderful. He answers questions thoroughly and pays attention. He smiles alot too. He seems to like his work and is good at it. His office is organized so well. Everyone is so nice. There is alot of care taken to explain procedures and costs and make sure everything is clear and that patients are moving forward with understanding about the choices that are making. This type of transparency and intention and respect for someone having the ability to make consensual decisions about their body is rare in the medical field. He also explains what hes doing before/as hes doing it so you know what to expect. I feel like he has an attention to a culture of consent that I rarely see in doctors. This is so important to reducing anxiety and trauma. Not many doctors understand that. Hes really very very good. I left feeling confident that I received extremely good care. Thank you! AP.

When my wife orignally neeeded some dental work done, I took her to a local dentist and we were very disappointed with their attitude, so I asked them to give her X-Rays to us, and I went on the hunt for a dentist who could speak my wifes native language, Russian. I found Dr. Gary as a result of my search, and we have been very pleased with the services they have provided and all of the office staff has always been very pleasant. Even though we have to travel between an hour and an hour and a half to get to Apex Dental care, we are very glad we made the decision to come here. Since our first visit, in addition to cleanings my wife has had two dental implants and four crowns done her with no problems. If you are looking for a great dentist, we highly recommend Apex Cental Care in Chalfont.

I am a new patient here and have had 2 separate appointments now (cleaning and cavity fillings). I have moved around a lot and have had a lot of different dentists throughout the years. Apex dental is by far my best dental experience yet. From the moment from when I walk in the door being greeted by the very professional and kind staff members (shout out to Rosie) to the actual procedures being performed by Dr. Shmurak and team, I forget my past bad experiences with other dentists and realized what a dentist office is supposed to be like. They have now put me in that situation where I dare say that I actually enjoy going to the dentist, even though I know Im supposed to hate it. If you come out still hating the dentist office, its not due to their lack of trying.

I recently moved and needed to find a new dentist. After looking at reviews of dentists in my area, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Shmurak. Everybody was extremely professional from Tanya and Nicole at the front desk to Rose, my hygienist, to Dr. Shmurak and his assistant, Maiya. I was told throughout the appointment what to expect and I was even shown a high resolution picture of one of my teeth that had been bothering me. Although I was only scheduled for a cleaning, Dr. Shmurak saw a cavity in my tooth and was able to fill it immediately rather than requiring a second visit. The office is extremely clean and all procedures were done without me experiencing any pain. I am a very satisfied patient and will definitely be back soon.

Although the staff was extremely friendly, I felt like the dentist was rushing as he never took time to explain what exactly was the issue with my teeth. Also, he would speak in a different language to a staff member in front of me, which makes me feel uneasy. Not to mention i was asked to write a review right in front of them in exchange for movie tickets. I wasnt going to leave a low-starred review right before the doctor started drilling in my mouth! So I felt that I couldnt be honest in my original review (although they did stress to me to leave an honest review, i still felt pressured). The office did have great availability and the nice staff was really their only redeeming quality.

I have just started to go to Apex Dental Care and already I know I will never be leaving. Ive had a cleaning done by Rose which seemed to be the most thorough cleaning Ive ever had in my entire life. Ive also had my bite corrected/adjusted and a cavity drilled and filled by Dr. Shmurak. Theres no pain after his work! Sure a little soreness, but no tooth pain! The entire office gives a down to earth, caring feel, all with a very calm demeanor. I hated going to the dentist my entire life, but after just three visits to Apex, I can say that I look forward to each future visit as i know my smile is in good hands. I would definitely suggest this dental office to friends and family.
