My wife and I are patients of Dr. Mitelman and are convinced she is truly the very best dentist in the industry! Dr. Mitelmans professionalism and passion for her work is extraordinary. She truly loves her job and that can be seen right away -- from the very first visit. Dr. Mitelman does not only treat the patient but also educates the patient on how to better take care of their teeth and gums. During every visit she reinforces the importance of dental hygiene and reminds the patient on how to obtain the best results. With Dr. Mitelman you as a patient truly feel like you are part of a "dental health" team and she leads you visit after visit towards the goal of impeccable dental health. She is very compassionate and understanding - she listens well and provides useful advice on how dental health will improve your overall health. Unlike many other dental providers, with Dr. Mitelman the appointment is very relaxing and not stressful. A factor in this may also be the very aesthetically pleasing set up of the Chalfont office. While in the dental chair, you feel calm and relaxed. The personal attention given each client is truly one of a kind. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Mitelmans care.

From the second I requested an appointment online, to when Jay emailed me and followed up with a phone call to obtain insurance info, to when I arrived at the office and was greeted by the staff and AWESOME dental assistant Justine, to my very thorough exam with Dr. Kim, I was wowed!! What an incredibly warm and genuine team, which gave my 3 year old his first visit that couldnt have gone any better. Fear? What fear? Dr. Kim and Justine had my son laughing and happy his entire visit and he no longer was afraid, even allowing him to play with the water tool, spraying it into the sink and filling the rinse cup. They made his visit pleasant and fun and made mine filled with beneficial information to keep my smile bright and healthy. I cant say I could have had a better experience because it was FANTASTIC!!! Thank you Jay, Justine, and Dr. Kim, keep up the exceptional work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is long overdue. A friend recommended this place and I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND as well. I have been going to this location for more the a year and have had a lot of work done, from cleaning to fillings and even crown work. Im currently redoing my ex dentists work. Every time i go there I get awesome service with a smile. Dr. Mitelman is very patient and explains everything in detail. Very gentle when working and doesnt seem like she is rushing me out of her chair. No complaints whatsoever and im not an easy client to please. Jay the office manager is very easy to talk to and very flexible setting up appointments with my busy schedule. Justine seems to be a great assistant to the doctor and has great chairside manners. PS: this is my fourth dentist in 6 years. So far it has been worth my 50min commute

I had the absolute worst experience at a dentist in Harleysville. I was afraid that my kids would start to fear the dentist so I went to Buck Dental Associates. They were so friendly and gentle with my kids so my kids still love the dentist. I also had to get a crown and before I got the permanent one put in, my temporary one fell out. It was Friday at 5pm so I was panicking that I would have to go around all weekend with no tooth! When I called the office, they provided a number to call for emergencies. They called me back right away and Dr. Mitelman came in after hours to fix my tooth. I cant tell you how relieved I was. I am so happy that we found Buck Dental Associates!

I absolutely love this place! First of all, the receptionists, technicians and dentists are all so nice and always have smiles on their faces. I never have felt judged for having issues with my teeth (pregnancy gum bleeding and cavities) and they really want to help you with preventive solutions instead of waiting for it the most expensive option. Second, coming from a dentist office that was out-of-network, I am always so pleasantly surprised how inexpensive it is coming here for the quality of service. It is truly an amazing dentist office. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!

Bucks Dental Associates SAVED ME --- I know this is an extreme statement but they truly helped me with a horrible tooth situation and I am now on the road to having a BEAUTIFUL SMILE!!! On top of the tooth problem I have always been a little fearful of dentist ,and I can honestly say working with this dentist office has been so incredibly easy and painless from payment options, to setting up appointments, to the efficiency of Dr. Bokhung Kim (that is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING)... I am so very thankful and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I first got in touch with Bucks Dental Associates a few months ago looking for a second opinion and I quickly knew they were the new dentist office for me. Every single person I have encountered there is extremely nice and helpful. They are understanding of my very sensitive mouth and slight anxiety over dental procedures, and really take the time to make sure Im comfortable and pain-free. They are also extremely responsive via email to any questions Ive had regarding insurance etc. I highly recommend Bucks Dental!

I had a dental emergency and needed a new dentist. I was referred to this dental office, called and was able to be seen the next morning. Everyone here is very nice and I always feel they take the time to listen and address my concerns. I am always able to see the dentist within 24 hours if needed and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes once I arrive. I feel they care about their patients and I recommend this dental office for anyone who needs a dentist.

My family and I have been patients for a little over a year and we love going! YES!!! We LOVE going to the dentist! From the moment you enter the office, you are greeted by the staff!!! Everyone is so nice and caring! Willing to work with you in regards to needing immediate treatment and offer payment options. I hadnt been to a dentist in years, but Dr. Kim and the staff made me feel welcome and werent judgmental. Entire staff is so nice! Dr. Kim cleaned my teeth and it was the most gentle teeth cleaning I have ever had. She made sure I knew the treatment plan and what my specific needs are. Had to get a cavity filled and once again...it was a positive experience - never said that before! Changing my whole family to this practice!

I am a patient of Dr. Kim. She is truly the best dentist. Unlike other dentists, who put you in a chair, and skip formalities, and send you home with no idea what just happened...Dr. Kim gives great information, and keep you informed of your health and hygiene. She is very knowledgeable and her dental skills are far the best. You will never want to see another dentist after her service. I recommend Dr. Kim to everyone!!!!!.

I started going to Bucks Dental last year after a bad experience with another dentist. I wanted to get an implant for a missing tooth that I was self conscious about. The process was clearly explained by the dentist. Jay, the office manager, clearly explained the insurance coverage and my co-payment. The whole experience was seamless. No one can tell I have an implant and now I can smile without worries.
