Convenient, but disappointing. When they first opened the staff was more welcoming and so were the dentists. Now the wait is much longer and the dental staff rush you through all 5 minutes of their time with you. I was told my current plan requires me to bring my insurance card in prior to the day if my appointment. I called and asked to fax it which the staff member said was fine. Now on the day of my appointment they arent able to verify to type of plan I have (the purpose of me faxing my info) because while they have the fax in possession, no one followed up with their due diligence. So Im unable to be seen for an appointment I made over a month ago. No explanation. No apology. No suggestions. Just questioning if I let someone know I was faxing my info. Of course I did! Thats why I faxed it! Ill let my son finish his visit and this will be my last time here. Its sinful you cant patronize establishments in your own neighborhood because most of them seem to be dedicated to providing subpar services.

I needed 2 teeth to be bonded for they had chips in them. They bonded three teeth TOGETHER in the process and now I cant floss in between them. Literally the worst dentist to which Ive ever been. When I called to address the issue there was no apology or acknowledgement. The doctor even tried to say that maybe it wasnt the case... I have the ability to determine if floss can go in between my teeth. And it cant. Not to mention the poor/rushed job he did to clean my teeth. The doctor wants me to come back to get it fixed and quite frankly I dont want it t get any worse. I probably wont even go back for that.

They are beyond slow whats the purpose of making an appointment if Im not gonna be seen until hour and half after the fact plus theyre receptionist are rude and disrespectful. Dont recommend unless you have three hours to kill time but the dentist and nursing/assistance are great at what they do ........ #onlyformychild #dequanheisthebesttheyhave #notworththetimetheyhaveyouwaiting #needtoberetrainedinhowtotreatpeople

I got a cleaning done n it wasnt good at all doc was quick n like if he was in a rush he left my teeth dirty i came back so they can fix the dirt he left I didnt want to see same dc but according to the representative i had to see him again im so not coming back to this placebesides the almost two hours i had to wait . Def do not recommenit.

This place is so unprofessional and they suck with keep appointment times. This is my second time back from they mistake. I dont know how owned this but this place is ridiculous. Just dont waste your time. I seen mother and children walk out for waiting too long and having an appointment. This atmosphere is childish.

Got two teeth pulled and didnt give me nothing for the pain the doc was fast and I still felt him taking the tooth out I told him he said its just pressure I stopped him and we begin going back in forth about what I felt

The front desk staff had me waiting in line for 10 minutes just to sign in at the clipboard. Im sure their staff in the back is great but who wants to deal with the unprofessional front desk staff!

They always make you wait from 45mins to and hour just to be seen. Its like whats the point of making an appointment. Not to mention when you do finally get back there they rush ya whole service .
