It baffles me that this dental facility would have any favorable reviews. If you want to be disrespected, treated rudely and attempted to be ripped off this is definitely the place for you. The receptionist was very unprofessional and she sure could use some charm school classes. There is also a language barrier with the front office staff and the dentists. When I arrived some of the staff was eating their lunch in plain view of the waiting room. I would think that activity should be kept out of sight from the patients. The dental insurance that I have provides me with no co-pay for a cleaning and x-rays. The receptionist demand that I pay a $50 co-pay before any of the work was done. I told them that I had no co-pay with my policy and they wouldnt except my explanation. I called the insurance company in front of them and the representative had to tell them that there was no co-pay. The insurance representative explained to me that all that information is listed on the computer under my patient profile. When I ask them why they tried to charge me a co-pay they had no answer and I was not offered and apology. So beware you might be financially taken advantage of at this dental office. My x-rays went fine, I guess its kind of hard to screw that procedure up. As for the cleaning it was mediocre, the process was fast. I would rather have a slow and thorough cleaning than a rushed and mediocre one. Normally when you have a cleaning you walked out of the dentist feeling like you had a cleaning, that feeling wasnt there when I left this office. Going into the appointment I knew that I needed two crowns but after my horrible experience there they definitely will not be doing the work. I did do online research prior to making the appointment and since they had some favorable reviews and it was in my neighborhood, West Mount Airy I thought I would go there. Big mistake!!! As we all should know, you should not believe everything you read online. If you plan on going there I would advise you to make a personal visit prior to making the appointment and decide for yourself that this is not the place for you.

Allow me to thank you for the sensational job you did on saving my tooth with the on the spot, immediate Root Canal. I need to let others know how spectacular you are in the care that you take, your staff as well, in relieving me of the pain that I was in when I stepped into your office. I had been to other dentist who told me that because the problem was in a difficult area in my tooth it would be better to pull the tooth. Of course this was before I reached the point of pain so I held off from getting my tooth pulled. I was in so much pain over the weekend that come Monday, December 23rd I was willing to get the tooth pulled. I decided to go to the closest dentist office in the neighborhood--Advanced Dental Designs. Not only did I keep my tooth I had the nerve to find myself nodding in the chair while Dr. K was doing the root canal. That is how comfortable and relaxed I was made to feel. Normally I am terrified of the dentist. My name is Anita and I recommend Dr. Keyur Patoliya, aka Dr. K to experience futuristic dentistry.

I had a highly unusual root canal -- my tooth not only had extremely narrow roots, it also had extra roots -- and Dr. Patel did an excellent job. Complicating things further, I grind my teeth in my sleep, which caused the usual crown procedure not to work for me. When my crown fell off just a few weeks after I had it put on, Dr. Patel had the knowledge and skills to use an alternative approach, providing me a new crown that meets the unique needs of my mouth. At every turn, he was incredibly kind and patient. As someone who gets very nervous at the dentist, I cant say enough good things about how he treated me. He intuited that being communicative would be helpful, and he made it clear that he would work at a pace I was comfortable with, taking breaks any time I needed them. Dr. Patel is absolutely wonderful, and Im so glad to have found him. I will definitely be using Advanced Dental Designs as my dentist going forward.

I guess Ill have to be the 1 sour apple out of the bunch of good reviews. My experience was terrible. I was absolutely humiliated, they discussed all my personal info in front of everyone in the front lobby (including other customers) saying I had bad dental hygiene, asking if I had a job, I guess they didnt think I could pay? Where I work and what I do is none of their business especially when I have insurance to pay. They also discussed things with other patients that should have been done in private. A better approach would have been asking me how I wanted to pay for the services. In the end they didnt do anything but give me a xray, and sent me on my way like I was a hopeless case. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Excellent practice in all aspects. Most importantly, Dr. Solanki is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. All of the work he has done for me has been of the highest quality and virtually pain-free, from simple fillings to a root canal. His innovative practice often allows you to spend less time there while still getting the absolute best in care. The office staff members are all so friendly, efficient, and nice you almost look forward to each dental visit. You really couldnt ask for anything more from a dental practice, and I can recommend it 100% without reservation.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION AND FALSE REVIEWS!!! I dont know how this place has 4.5 stars. Ive been here a couple of times, once for a cleaning which was terribly mediocre compared to my previous dental office. I also made an appt to get a referral. Although Swami scheduled me for 9am and this location opens at 9am (also according to Google), I got here, waited a 1/2 hour just to call & be told the office doesnt open until 10am. I wouldnt have to go through this had my chart been properly filled out on the date of my initial cleaning noting a tooth I need pulled.

I had a wonderful experience with Advanced Dental Designs! It was very inviting, clean and educational! My Doctor, Dr. Solanki explained thouroughly about extractions and the next phase of root canal work and then crown Insertion. I also needed partials inserted. I opted for extractions and the Plastic Sliders--Partials! Dr. Solanki is very kind, patient and gave me information on how I can improve daily oral hygiene! Hes My Family Dentist From Now On! Thanks to Dr. Solanki and the Advanced Dental Team!

First thing first, I hate going to the dentist!! But Dr Solanki is awesome! I needed two of my wisdom teeth pulled and I was scared to death! I explained all of my concerns to Dr. Solanki. He addressed all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. He walked me through everything and assured me that at any point I felt uncomfortable we can stop. Long story short I felt nothing!!! I didnt feel the needles and I did not feel my teeth being pulled!!! Recovery was quick! I recommend him to everyone!
