I would recommend Sattem Family Dental to anyone new to the San Antonio area or any local who is not happy with their current dentist. I was new to the area this year and didnt know where to go for my dental care, but I am so glad I found Sattem Family Dental. I had a very friendly hygienist, spoke with very polite staff at the front desk, and best of all Dr. Lisa is a conservative dentist, so she wont drill any little dark spot like some dentists will. Instead she will "watch" the area and keep an eye on it in case it needs to be fixed. I truly appreciate this because I have been to some bad dentists in the past. At Sattem Family Dental, I felt like they really cared about me, about my experience and about my comfort as well. I applaud Sattem Family Dental for their excellent customer service, and would like to say thank you to Dr. Lisa and her wonderful staff!

Caution!! The worst experience with this dentist office and office manager!!! The office will charge you $100.00 if you miss an appointment, emergency or not, they have no concederation. An emergency caused me to miss an appointment and they had no compassion!!! I immediately removed our family and went down the street to All Smiles! This was the best move we ever did! I wonder if the actual dentist cares or is even aware that his staff caused their office to lose four clients.

The doctors and staff are very friendly and they are very good with kids. Facility is very modern and procedures were painless ;)
