Dont let the latest review fool you, its only marked as "helpful" because Staff that work here decided to mark it as such. First off, Ill just say this: If you do go here, do *not* see Dr. Lou. I could give a huge list, but Ill just start off with a quick one due to time constraints: I should have realized the red flag and immediately brushed her off as absolute garbage when she said my missing a week of work, and then missing multiple days a week from my symptoms was "not that long at all" even knowing my career was at stake. Dr. Lou does not see you as a human, you are just a wallet to her. Shed rather have you lose your job because of medical issues than see her again and beg for help because then you wont have the money to get the care you need from her, or anyone else. Lets just state a list of facts: -If you lose your job due to her "care" being trash, shell be happy about it because then you couldnt afford to see her anymore -If you miss weeks of work and come in begging for help, shell just laugh and say "thats not long at all" -When she diagnosed me, she wrote down "Patient believes they have X" instead of stating she diagnosed me with "X". This way other doctors will believe Im a joke if I go somewhere else and see this. It happened to me, it will happen to you -Dr. Lou did not want to refill my antidepressant medication. That would mean she has to do her job and take any responsibility whatsoever -Dr. Lou makes sure you know that shes in control of your future now, so you better not say you want a doctor who actually cares. Doing so makes you a "doctor shopper" and should be noted down when she is typing notes for your visit Basically, If you somehow get roped into this places system like I now am and cant escape from, good luck and do your best to avoid Dr. Lou.

Not great. I went in with hopeful expectations after being referred here for a follow-up by urgent care from a ruptured ear drum....but it was pretty downhill from the start. Im pretty sure the front desk lady breached HIPPA by verifying my entire address and telephone number outloud in a waiting room. Then, when I was called by the nurse, she didnt look me in the eye for five minutes and was very intrusive toward me after that. The doctor, then, took one brief look in my ear, proclaimed my infection was gone and ear had healed, took me off all antibiotics, and said she didnt know why I wasnt hearing and referred me to a specialist in Robbinsdale. Turns out, the specialist figured out that the reason I couldnt hear anything yet was I had a raging infection going on, and had to put me on some strong antibiotics to make up for the lost time from the doctor at this Saint Anthony Clinic. However, the doctor I did see was very friendly and nice, and answered all my questions quickly...even if she disappeared into the next appointment as soon as she was done with me.

Our family has been going to this clinic for years and we find the practitioners really kind, knowledgeable and patient. The staff is friendly and helpful even at the end of the day. They return calls in a timely fashion and make an effort to get you in asap. My only suggestion is to skip the chat registration option. That has not worked well any time Ive used it. My appointments were confirmed via chat but never actaully scheduled. Its still best to call.

This clinic is a mile from my home, so i go here for mostly all of my doctor appointments. Waiting time for scheduled appt is about 5-15mins, and walk-in about 30mins. (Apparently they only take walk-ins on certain days, but if you call beforehand theyll take you any day. They did see me as a walk-in on an off day without calling ahead of time though) Clean rooms, and friendly staff.

My family has been coming here for years. Health care staff, desk personnel, and scheduling staff associated with this clinic have been great. If there for an appointment, I rarely wait for long. Set realistic expectations when visiting urgent care. No different from anywhere else.

I Love this Clinic,Dr.Struyk,has been my provider for many years,also my daughters,that said,I miss the days before North Memorial,came in,it used to be the Doctors owned the clinic,when North came in everything changed,still great Doctor tho.

I was told a 45min wait with one person ahead of me waited 1 and half hour also came into the room with blood on the pillow and floor.. that is disgusting and so not sterile or safe! I took pictures but im not sure how to upload them.

I have been with this clinic for 17 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The office staff are wonderful and friendly and will go out of their way to try to find an opening to squeeze you in. The doctors are all wonderful!

Dr.Leslie Norton is the best doc for my children. I had other pediatrician but decided to go with primary care physician instead. She listens to all of my concerns and follows up on all questions. Highly suggest!
