This review is in regards to getting information over the phone from this clinic, not on the clinic itself. Answering a simple question to check about an Alzheimers suffering elderly family member, like "Can your clinic provide a catheterized quick catch and how do I need to schedule it?" resulted in playing phone tag for days with a nurse that mentioned a orthopedist (???) and in the end required to make an appointment with a doctor to get the answer. This was not a question regarding a person never seen at this clinic, but a current patient that has been seen there many times. As she said on the phone: "Medicine has become so much better in the last 20 years"... Yes, medical technology has become 1000 times better, I agree. Medical bureaucracy has become 1000 times worse and nurses that cant answer a simple question and give wrongful information has made it a million times worse.

Disappointed in the Dr system at this clinic. Going out of town and was told any Dr could follow up with my test results. Dr Bratten was available so I scheduled a follow up per person on phone. Dr Bratten cut me off when I told him my history and kept saying what is your issue now? I told him a number of times I have breathlessness and cough for 3 months, and the other time it happened 6 weeks of antibiotics cured it and complete symptom resolve. I asked for my test results and was told he wouldnt give them to me. He went on to say antibiotics wouldnt work but couldnt say why. I have been scheduled for thousands of dollars in heart and lung appointments and given many fixes and none have worked in 3 months. There is something very wrong with the reasoning. After 3 months of my body being sick I am exhausted and frustrated and have not been helped.

I just moved into the area and was looking for a new PCP. Dr. Shaffer at Aspen Medical Group was highly recommended to me by a coworker, so I went ahead with that. Ive never had a better doctor. He makes you completely comfortable with any issues or questions you might need to voice. His exams are efficient and thorough. I 100% recommend Dr. Shaffer and any of the other staff Ive had dealings with at Aspen Medical Group Bloomington.

Allina Heath Bloomington Clinic has ample parking, and I found the Audiology Department right away. I did not have to wait to be checked in, reception was polite and already had all of my information. My appointment with Anita Baum, MA was exactly on time. Anita Baum is compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, practical and fun. A pleasant experience start to finish.

This comment is about the general phone customer service. Every time I call, I wait in the hold queue for at least 3 minutes (I watch the timer on the phone). Highland picks up right away. I also dont always get calls back, which requires me to call back and wait again. Please, Bloomington, work on this! Its very frustrating. I did like working with Dr. Jenson. She was nice.

I normally go to the Eagan clinic which I LOVE, but I had to take my son to Bloomington cause Eagan was booked. I waited almost 15 minutes to get checked in. The nurse I had was extremely friendly and great with my baby thats why I gave a 2. The doctor I had was not very personable, and I was not impressed by this clinic at all.

Cannot get them on the phone at ALL. I used to go here for ped care when I was little but reading all the reviews I think times have changed. I tried 3 different times and no one picks up. HORRIBLE.
