On this visit blood draws were scheduled for two purposes. However, after visiting with Katie, the nurse, she was cautious about the validity of the results of one, due to a recent cortisone injection Id had. Therefore, prior to the draw she conferred with her superior, and the decision was made to cancel one draw. Her attention to the details of our conversation was responsible for the accuracy of patient care. In addition, based upon my symptoms, she spent a few minutes to clarify the best choice for scheduling a future visit. It was a pleasure to experience her competency. 5/9/17 On this visit, I received a Meyers Cocktail. Once again, Katies performance was five star. She is punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, genuine, and her communication skills are excellent. She listens and responds!!! She was even was willing to reschedule my appointment to an earlier date. Shes a great example for other staff there to emulate. 6/15/17 Another Myers Cocktail was administered, recent thyroid testing was evaluated with a recommendation to continue on my current dosage, and future Myers Cocktails, which include glutathione, were priced and scheduling intervals suggested. Katies performance once again was exceptional. After my previous visit, the pricing I was given by another employee was inconsistent with todays lower price. I wish to nominate Katie for a salary incease, and/or special recognition. She is an invaluable asset to the Kare team.

I had a wonderful initial visit in September and came away very encouraged regarding the functional medicine which Kari prescribed for me. My blood pressure has already come down--naturally (!) on these functional meds. Before, when I would self-prescribe, I was only guessing what I needed and how much. I am looking forward to my followup visit in a week when I will learn the results of the extensive blood panel which was done. Now there will be a clear course of action for my health and well being with all of the former self-prescribed guesswork removed!
