Customer Service is atrocious, whoever answers the phone needs to be trained again . I was treated with hostility form the word hello. Unfortunately this is not the first time our business has had an issue......... Still having the same issues, our company is attempting to find another provider because we get the same poor treatment every time. Once we find a new provider I will be contacting the management of this facility to let them know exactly why our company is taking its business elsewhere.

Very caring and professional staff. Finally were able to prove that birth mother was using k2 Spice and Meth! Other tests at other places didnt. We had to pay more for special tests, but there were well worth it. My lawyer was able to take this to the judge and finally I was able to get my beautiful daughter back - she is safe and sound! The hair test also showed prescription abuse and lots of alcohol abuse. Couldnt have done it without them. Thank you!

Called up asking about getting a dot physical. Person on the phone was rude and very short with me. I have a debit card from my insurance company, it only works if the description for the procedure is coded for medical use. She flipped out and said we dont except insurance. I then asked for pricing, she told me and I was in the middle of repeating to make sure I heard correctly she hung up. Not a professional if you ask me.

This place went above and beyond helping us. They came in after hours to do lab work to accomodate our schedule. They were personal and took the time to explain and then also understand our situation. Im wondering if some of these other negative reviews are from people just mad at the world . ...because they dont like the results of their drug test. Its not the fault of KT labs. They work very hard and deserve 5 stars.

This place is a rip off. I was told if any RXmeds made my drug screen pos+ they would have the Med Review Officer confirm my meds. I was told it was included in the $50 fee.Now they say I cant get a copy or request a review because I had results sent to a lawyer. Now they will only speak to the lawyer and bleed me for "expert" testimony. ANYLABTESTNOW has low fees and friendlier Next door to South Glenstone Walmart.

The staff are friendly and personable. They are honest and straight forward with their answers. As well as knowledgeable, if they dont know the answers they will tell you or try to find the answers for you. We have been going to KT Clinic over twenty years. If you treat them with respect and curtousy, you will receive respect and curtousy in return.

Unbelievably rude "office manager." This place doesnt even deserve a rating! I was just hung up on, twice, by a nasty woman that said she is the office manager and she has no boss. She said she is the boss. I repeatedly asked when the office opened in Springfield and she hung up. I would NEVER trust this place with anything I cherished!!!!!

The staff at KT have always been wonderful to work with, I have have been going to KT for over 15 years. Cindy has to be my favorite person, she is very knowledgeable and always willing to give good advice.. I have struggled with blood pressure issues and insomnia in the past and Cindys advice has helped me overcome it. Thanks so much

Over priced. Then you have to wait over an hour before they tell you that they dont do DOT physicals till 8:45. They would not refund the money back, so had to sit there and wait. Didnt get in till after 9 and there was no one else there. Will not be going back.

Bad experience very hateful and overpriced. Had to send wife there for drug testing during our divorce and she didnt ever take it. When I asked for refund i had to jump through hoops and only got back have of my money for service charges. Ripped me off.

Had people waiting for an hour, one lady was so rude she wouldnt take a guy back to piss test him when he really needed to piss cause she was messing around or on personal call the guy started to piss his self there was only 3 people waiting

Billing is a mess, which they admit. Will not return phone calls. Charged a an employee $35 to get a copy of his physical that he completed with them the day before. We have switched providers for our employees. Poor customer service.

Extremely rude lady answered when I called and was very unhelpful saying that Its "unethical" for them to tell me the levels they test for so I can test myself before going in. Horrible service.

for the only DOT Clinic here in my city of Springfield, mo they get you in out fast but then you are there your physical examination is thorough and i use them for all my dot physicals
