This place is ridiculous!!!!! I had an MRI a week ago and they have yet to even look at it. If I had to guess, I would say that it takes less time to read it than it does to actually have the MRI so that is completely unacceptable!!!!!!!!! Here I am in pain waiting and wondering if anybody cares enough to take a look and see what is wrong. If I had known before hand that this place was like this, I would have went somewhere else and had the dictation notes back within 24 hours so my doctor could continue in determining my diagnosis. I have no choice but to continue to be treated for what we think is wrong while Im waiting, waisting MY money, not theirs. I am infuriated at this system!!!!! I called my doc upset that I still dont know whats wrong, and can you believe, they told me it could take a total of 14 days just to have somebody read my MRI...????? Get with it folks, its not hard to figure out that if you want patients to like you, you will simply do your job in a TIMELY manner!!!!!! I will be telling all of my friends to avoid using the Martin center for diagnostic testing. Anybody can go anywhere and have results much quicker that you can take back to your doctor yourself. I wish I would have.

So the Girl that has way to much lipstick and make up on that works at the money financial insurance side, was given the military ID for insurance reasons didnt do it right it went to collections where I spoke to them and they said to give them the benifits number off of the ID card I did that they filled under medicare they put it against my credit and I have perfect credit They Do Not Support their Troops I paid out of pocket because they could not figure this out #07562837
