Full of idiots. I had to start going here because my insurance was switched to Medicaid. My doctor changed the birth control Id been on for three years for no reason and wouldnt listen to me when I said I didnt like the new one (is that even legal?) Wouldnt refill it for me unless I had an appointment (it was prescribed TWO MONTHS ago). So in order to get an appointment Ive called 8 TIMES. Im not in contact with my mother, she keeps calling my mother asking HER about my appointment, so I wasnt even having this related to me. She tells me I need to make an appt for next month and wait until then to have my birth control, meaning I havent had it for a month. I tried saying over and over, I NEED this medication, I cant just not be on it, its like talking to a wall. Just refill it for me. Apparently thats not possible. TL;DR full of trashy nonprofessionals who will switch up your meds without asking, play phone tag and sass you when you make the insane comment that you *gasp!* NEED your prescription.

Was there this week several times. First, was greeted by a lovely young lady (indian decent) very friendly and seem to geniunely care about people. She handed me a booklet they require you to fill out before even an appointment is made. I did and brought back a few days later. She has now been moved, apparently they like to change things up. Heard the SO CALLED manager scold employees while the lobby was full of patients, then this manager continue to discuss clothes with another employee while people waited in line. After submitting paperwork was called for an appt and then told later on that my provider is not credentialed by my insurance and it was cancelled. THIS SOO CALLED MANAGER needs a dose of reality!!! WORST OFFICE EVER... feel sorry for the staff that actually want to help!

I showed up at 9am for a 9:15 appt, supervisor said she checked me in to have a seat and Ill be called in shortly, at 9:45am still waiting so I asked why I havent been called in yet, the same supervisor forgot to check me in and said there was no more available appts and just sent me home, another time went in for wound care, had a hole on my belly the size of a quarter in diameter and about an inch deep, female doctor put a regular bandaid, lol, theres only three doctors on the adult side, but I have to give props to Dr. Mahamed, hes the best they have for adults, pediatric doctors are also very good.

Tried to set up an appointment for my kids. Called for an hour with no anwser, a message said the mail box was full so you couldnt even leave a message. So I drove down there to set up the appointment in person, there was plenty of people working in there, so I was confused how no one could anwser the phone. Got to see the doctor and wait, and wait, and wait, all while you her the office employees laughing and joking it up, while your waiting, just to get a script and leave. They know what their doing, making you wait that long. Very unprofessional office staff, find a different doctors office...

I havent been in to see the Doctor yet but I want to say I called they answered the phone. I called again they have a answering machine and they say they will call back so we shall see. I want to say to some of you complaining, Its hard to get a degree as a doctor and be an idiot at the same time. Also when you go to a place like this be thankful there is a place that can help the people who need help so please if you werent satisfied GO TO A REGULAR DOCTOR and pay 300 dollars then you can post on their site. Have some feelings for the Doctors their trying to help.

Just had my first ( and LAST ) appointment with Brevard Health Alliance. EVERY single prescription ALL eleven of them was called into the pharmacy WRONG ! I called seventeen times about the issue & no one would answer the phone . I even left messages. When I run out of insulin ( less than ten days ) I WILL DIE. Thanks Brevard Health Alliance.

I love everything about them! Yes it could take a while to get threw or a appt.. But we have had nothing bout a good experience with all three of our kids in their office! We love the whole stuff in the pediatric department.. Dr.Cesar we love you and all you hard work

I have gone a few times the staff was OK not all friendly faces but most were... Doctors were amazing did not wait to long but timing could be better overall was not to bad compared to most other Drs Ive been too around brevard
