Oh my god. The lady Peggy at the front desk is ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I called ahead of time to see what I needed to drop off for a sample and she was rude on the phone. After only like 10 seconds on the phone, she told me she was "busy and needed to go". I came in under the impression I just needed to drop something off so would be in and out with my sick daughter. Peggy was practically shouting my information and everything she was telling me and super rude from the getgo. Long story short, this "medical professional" ended up SCREAMING at me in the middle of a waiting room with 10 other people! Another customer had said she was rude befro that too. The nice lady that ended up helping me right before I was about to punch Peggy said she called her obscene names the day before. How in the world does this crazy lady still have a job???!!!!

11/11 First time there and I got up and walked out..I am a retired nurse and I found the woman at the desk this morning to be loud, rude and unprofessional. After listening to her sing "the power of love " and calling patients sweetie this last thing was the final straw. Her demeanor was curt with patients signing in. She loudly made comments to/ about an older patient who insisted he was in their computer as he had been there before . She then loudly reiterated her story to another co-worker and then again to the next patient all this in an open waiting room. She said "I told him he wasnt in there and that he could argue with me but... etc, etc." If she talks about one patient to others in the waiting room ,then shell talk about other patients .. I will not go back.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I have been here multiple times because its the only lab covered by our insurance provider. The front desk lady is extremely rude, she seems like she hates her job. I understand that they are short staffed, but there is no reason to be rude to patients, honestly we dont want to be there any more than they do. Very unprofessional, and on many occasions disrespectful and condescending to the older folks that go there. And I read some other reviews on here about how the staff comment on other patients to each other and that is true also. The lady that does the blood draw is nice enough, but if I never have to go back there it would be wonderful. Im surprised this place is still open.

I walked out of my apt a few weeks ago. I got terrified when I heard the lady in the back telling her patient to not step on the pee on the floor. Immediately after that she said "dont touch that dirty needle, you can get AIDS!". Who says that????!!!! 1. You get HIV from using a dirty needle not AIDS. 2. Why are you screaming everything out? 3. Why would there be a dirty needle laying around? 4. Why is there pee on the floor? My husband and I quickly left the facility. Im too scared getting blood work done in a place where an Employee is so unprofessional.

If there was a way to provide a negative star I would. My 7:15 appointment was ignored until 7:45 and then was informed that I didnt have an appointment at all. When I showed the very loud and obnoxious nurse my confirmation she stated she didnt take "phones" and that my first name was wrong and then refused service...unbelievable.

I called to see if they accepted Medicare because my special needs son needed bloodwork. Rather than asking about his limitations, the female said "wed suggest the hospital because it is hard for us to handle". I will not be suggesting anyone go there!

Very Rude at the front desk every time I go. Even if only 1 other client is there. Lost my urine culture. No one answers the phone. Website they send you to unable to pull up my tests. Lab draw woman is pleasant.
