Our appointment was at 10:45 and we have been sitting here for over 45 minutes . reason we had made an appointment is so my husband isnt late for work and now going on 11:30 he is going to be late and his job does not tolerate lateness. And everyone whos appointment was at 11:15 they all went ahead of him. Its like they completely forgot he was there. we had to go up to the desk in order to get him in. Dont get me wrong the people are nice but the service is terrible. Whats the point of having an appointment if you cannot keep it

Showed up at 7:00am when the building opened. The very rude lady behind the counter told everyone that Saturday was by appointment only and no where on their website does it state Saturday is appointment only!! This place is awful and all the quests just sat in the waiting room complaining about how awful this place is!!

Arrived at 6:30, there were already at least 10 people in the waiting room so I was prepared for the worst! I was in and out in 30 mins! Everyone was polite and friendly. The phlebotomist was walking by, saw me waiting and rather than go on to wherever she was going she came back and drew my blood. Excellent service!

The location is great. Fast, friendly service with an appointment. The web site, this is a totally different opinion. They have so many non-related pop ups on the pages, it is almost impossible to navigate. Get a pro to develop the site, get rid of the elementary school programmers you use!

They def need more people working on Saturday. Dont go if you dont have an appointment unless you have no plans for your day because you will be there forever. Never going back back. I would rather pay a bill from somewhere else that values my time.

After making appointments this facility has lost my orders twice, and my appointment once. Coordination with the doctors office is dismal. Not going to use this lab again.

The people are nice but the service is horrible. And when you change your insurance and have an appointment they DO NOT tell you whether or not they accept that insurance!

They have always been very good with my family and I. I have never encountered a rude or discourteous person in the place. My autistic son loves them and so do I.

They never answer the phone no matter what time you call!!! And dont you dare go up to the window and ask a question, they look so annoyed if you do.
