Horrible!!! Do not waste you time or money!!! I went in for sore throat, headache and I could hardly walk. The physician assistant not a doctor informed us that the visit would be $120.00 and we walked out having to pay $174.00. She said I needed a strep test that they would send off to their company and it would be additional $30-35 and when we got the bill it was for 70 dollars. Then I proceed to get worse, so we called back the PA that saw me the first time told me she could not do anything to go to urgent care. I went to urgent care and they preformed a strep and mono test and gave me a prescription all for 120.00 and I got better. NEVER GO TO MINUTE CLINIC THEY DO NOT HELP. Might I add worst customer service ever. My initial visit was on 6/6/2016 and I called in to talk to a supervisor about the visit they said that they would call me back within 72 hours. No call back and I gave them a week. Then I called they said they would call me the same day and guess what no call and I gave them 3 days this time. Finally was on hold for a total of 45 mins and finally got to talk to a supervisor. What a waste of time the supervisor was not even able to help. Such a joke and a waste of time and money. I repeat NEVER go!!!

This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a CVS. The PA saw me on a Tuesday morning, determined I did not have the flu or strep, yet would only prescribe me Tamiflu ($150 with insurance), which that pharmacy didnt even have in stock. I called back later that afternoon complaining of a severe ear ache. She said I absolutely did not have an ear infection and that the only thing she could recommend that I do was take Mucinex. Two nights later I wound up in the ER with a middle ear infection that had ruptured my ear drum. Ive yet to regain hearing in that ear. Not to mention that its nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and their computer system crashed the day after my appointment, so I couldnt even get the results of a lab test. Needless to say, Ill never go back.

I have been to this location twice in the last three weeks and they provided great service both times. Went initially for a strep test and the second time for a sinus infection. Both times the nurse practitioner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The online check in is great, left my office ten minutes before the appointment and they actually called me while I was in the parking lot verifying I would be there and the estimated wait time. The antibiotics provided cleared up my issue and I was back to feeling good again thanks to them. I would gladly go back for minor issues.

Do not go to MinuteClinic. Do not go to ANY MinuteClinic. There were positives - convenience, speed, a very kind nurse (she was wonderful), but at the end of the day, they did nothing for me. I went with a fever, cough, and body aches, and all they could do was give me a flu test and tell me to try a different doctor. $100 dollars and nothing to show for it - no prescription, diagnosis, or school excuse. Having a doctors office at your local pharmacy is a great idea, but not if the clinic has none of the functionality of a real doctors office.

I had a great experience at this Minute Clinic this week! The reviews made me feel pretty skeptical, but I am visiting from out of town & didnt have a whole lot of choices. The representatives were helpful, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Feeling better already!

This is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. You are much better off venturing to urgent care. Should be changed to "three hour clinic." Never even got service because their machine is so slow and outdated. Pathetic.

longest wait ever. the nurse on staff decide it was the perfect time to take her break so add 30 mins to the wait. awful experience
