They tricked me, belittled me, led me to believe they were there to help, got me to confide in the psychologist then had a DCF case opened against me. This place is an absolute joke. The doctors are pathetic and do a poor job. I would say they are the ones who just barely slid by in med school, if I had to guess anyway. They spelled my name wrong on my chart, even after I corrected them SIX TIMES. It always remained the same on all of my paperwork. I have never met anyone who has had a positive experience here. Its a pathetic joke and excuse for a doctors office. They are not here to help anyone, but to rob them, not just financially, but rob them of their dignity as well. I will NEVER return to this facility, and would encourage anyone I meet to stay as far away from there as possible. Oh, and at my very first appointment, they asked for a urine sample so I went to the bathroom. I made the mistake of leaving my purse in my room, and upon my return from the restroom, found the nurse rifling through my purse! At this office they are deceptive LIARS and THIEVES. If they are your PCP, I suggest you switch IMMEDIATELY.

This is nothing more than a medicaid billing facility. The only concerns are keeping you coming back for prescriptions they evidently get the biggest kick back from. Being permanently disabled from two totally different injuries I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with me, I had an infection internally from the last injury and this was the reason I was there in the first place. This was denied to even exist. I eventually ended up in emergency surgery and had over a liter of pus in my chest cavity. I have only received contempt, disdain, dishonestly and disrespect from the medical personal at this organization. The office staff is fine. I have never been treated so poorly.

I think theyre wonderful. Ive had some great experiences with the low-income aspect, before I could apply for Medicaid. I deducted one star because of unavoidable time limitations. (In contrast to a Medicare Mill doctor who had people stacked in the waiting room and I had to wait 2-4 HOURS with folks who had some serious communicable problems.) At BHA I never wait for more than 15 minutes. The waiting room is almost empty because BHA gets folks in and out. As a reasonable consequence the Doctors arent able to linger. State your needs and dont dither on about aches and pains.

Scheduling appointments for my wife is fairly easy. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful, even if I just call with a question they always call me back the same day. Dr. Quintyne (spelling may be off) is very in tune and devotes his attention to my wife when she is there. We were new to Florida and didnt know where to start for my wifes medical needs and the entire office helped in getting the ball rolling for her care. I cant speak for the other doctors at this location but Dr. Q. Is definitely one I would recommend.

I was SCHEDULED for an appointment Saturday November 7, 2015 at 11:45 A.M.. I arrived in plenty of time and was told I didnt have an appointment and they refused to see me. Who does that? I didnt make the mistake, the did. I have the name of the person that made the appointment for me. I plan to go as high as I can with this BS.

I call to make an appointment and the automated service puts me on hold. Then someone answers and tells me to hold...30 minutes later I call back. I am on hold again. Two days later, same process. The Dr. we have seen there is nice and so is the nurse, the office staff on the other hand is worse than comcast.

You get promised a prior approval for something and then you call numerous times and no answer. They do Not do their job. They treat you like you are a bother to them and they tell you anything just to get you out the door, once your out they ignore you until you eventually give up or find another doctor

My gps brought me to the cancer institute 2 buildings away. Its actually in the same building as the dermatology center but there arent any signs. Would definitely be more helpful when trying to find it for the first time.
