I was originally very pleased with the Dr Ayesha Hameeds caring attitude and special interest making sure I was not allergic to the medication. I was in a lot of pain (double ear infection) and anxious to get antibiotic to get to healing plus I had an out of town trip. She was great. She got me an appointment for an ear doctor for the next day. Very happy with the visit. They said they called the meds into Walgreens. When I got to Walgreens said no-one ever called in any medication. I called back the doctors office and spoke to Robin (AKA lady-with-really-really-lousy-attitude). She was very put off that I even asked about the meds. Robin talked to the pharmacist. The pharmacist told her the medication was not showing on the computer they went back and forth for 10 minutes before Robin got the message that the fault was on the dr office not Walgreens. Robin agreed to have the dr call in the prescription. I want home in serious pain with no ear drops and no oral meds, crying. Later I call Walgreens. 1. No call about meds. 2. No fax about meds. 3. No voice mail about meds. So I call Health Care Urgent back and get Robin (who I am overly sweet to because I need these meds!). Who informs me they called in the meds again. I explained Walgreens had no record of a call or fax. Now I really pissed Robin off. She was downright hateful. Robin lets me know, with venom in her voice, that she is not a medical profession and it is not her fault if the doctor didnt take care of the prescription. She gave them the message. I asked as sweet as I possibly could if she would give the dr the message I had to go out of town and need the prescription. She said nastily, "I will give it to them again." I hope they tape those phone calls and hear her tone. Wont be going back unless they get rid of Robin. STILL WAITING FOR ANTIBIOTIC. STILL IN PAIN. Thanks for nothing.

I had scheduled an appointment on line for 9:30 (at 4:30am while I was up in pain) and was actually there when they opened at 9:00am. I was there until 11:30 and they did not do anything. I had a dislocated toe and after xrays were taken, I could tell that the practitioner was not going to do anything........which is exactly what she did. I was told to go to an orthopedic office. Past reviews also spoke about the cleanliness of the facility. I found it to be especially dirty. The floor in the exam room was dirty as well as the exam table. I drove an hour to the Jewett Ortho walk in clinic in Lake Mary and was seen and toe relocated in less than an hour. They even had to take xrays again because the disc that Health First gave me with the pictures they took only had one of the three that they actually took.

Stay away from this place! The exam room was filthy. It looked as if it had not been mopped in weeks. There were drops of what appeared to be blood on the floor. After sitting in the filth for 45 minutes I asked to be put in another, cleaner room. I felt this was a reasonable request, because there was only one other patient, but this was refused. I never even got to speak with a doctor. I was examined for about 25 seconds by a physicians assistant, then scuttled out the door with a prescription for antibiotics and told to go see someone else. I never even got a diagnosis, only several opinions on what it might be, and told what a general practioner might say. I also had to listen to the receptionist talk loudly about a party she went to while I was in the waiting area. I would give zero stars if I could!

JB Condor, Just went to the the Health First Urgent Care on 603 N. Washington St. The treatment room had dried blood on the floor probably weeks old. It had a large area of moldy stuff failing out of the AC vent in the ceiling which causes upper respiratory infections like Legioners disease. There was the tip of a hypodermic needle in a crack on the exam table. BEWARE: The bottom line is the cleanliness of this facility is so bad Im thinking about reporting it to the Brevard Co Health Dept. IMPORTANT to note that this filth was reported in a review from a year ago and it is still being ignored by the admin. staff.

From the front desk to the physician assistants, imagining and appointments all have been knowledgeable, compassionate, well trained and experienced. My diagnosis has always been correct, I can get copies of records the second I call and the building has been spotless the times ice been there. I like the way prices for services are posted on the wall for self pay as I can remember what it was like before I had insurance. Im thankful that this urgent care is in Titusville.

I have been to Chiron both as a patient and with my father as a patient. I must say that I was extremely impressed at how clean the facility is in the waiting room, as well as, the individual exam rooms. They are very quick and you dont have to wait for long periods of time to be seen, which is of utmost importance when you arent feeling well. I would recommend this urgent care facility to anyone, and in fact have recommended it already more than once.

Office is clean and the staff is friendly. I went in for a sore throat and ended up having strep. I was out within 30 minutes and my script had already been sent to the pharmacy! Very convenient. Will definitely use them again when needed:) Thanks for being there:)

I am just wondering if two hours waiting time is appropriate for an urgent care that LITERALLY had two people in front of me. The people are nice, but the wait is ridiculous! I could see if they were slammed, but that is clearly not the case.

Copays increased, cheap copays for health first members only. They charge specialty rate for your visit. Will go to Parrish urgent care from now on.
