Normally the wait times are about average (10-20 mins post your scheduled time). The doctors are excellent but they seem to nickel and dime you whenever they can. I went in for a procedure which is covered under my insurance (meaning no co-pay) and during the removal of stitches we discussed a subscription for another condition. They charged me an office visit for the doctor asking me how everything else was going and then when I answered honestly about the meds not working I had a co-pay of $30. This wasnt realized till months later when they sent a bill in the mail... Blew my mind! Felt kind of ripped off because I could have simply called the office and explained my issue the script would have been changed without $30 co-pay. Great doctor! Crappy billing method!

Was brought into the exam room an hour after my scheduled appointment time, and this was after arriving 15 minutes early. I noticed there were also two other patients scheduled at the same time as me, and two more 15 minutes after. I literally saw the dermatologist herself for two or three minutes. She rushed through her schpeel and was off to the next patient. You are definitely treated like a number. All I got was a prescription refill. Was a waste of my time and money.

If you dont mind waiting for over an hour to be seen this is the place for you. Dr. sprayed my hand with a can of liquid nitrogen $250.00 charge and unfortunately the problem returned after a month. Two visits both times extensive wait to be seen by the doctor and a lot of out of pocket charges.

Dr. Altman and his staff are very professional. My Family and I have been patients for many years and will continue to be. This practice is very busy due to the quality of their service so I would recommend scheduling your appointments as far in advance as possible.

This office takes forever and they are so unorganized. Every time I come in they never have any information right and never know the reason for my appointment. Ive had to wait at least half an hour after my scheduled appointment time every single time Ive come here.

My mother went to this doctor and I did also. I had a skin pigmentation and Dr Daniel Stewart wouldnt give up until he had a diagnosis. The office staff is great. They have a system that works great for them, their meny clients and many doctors.
