DR. TYLER GAVE ME QUALITY OF LIFE! I have suffered from migraines for over ten (10) years and have been to dozens of all types of doctors including general practitioners, neurologists, endocrinologist, chiropractors, and purported "migraine specialists." When all of my testing with those doctors came back as normal time and time again, instead of trying to determine the true underlying cause of my migraines, I was told by doctor after doctor- we may never know the cause of my migraines. I have been prescribed and taken all kinds of prescription medications over the years. The conclusions of these doctors were not satisfactory to me and thus began my quest for answers. I came across Dr. Tyler- We Got Your Back Chiropractic. During my first visit, I discussed with Dr. Tyler my history and frustration. Dr. Tyler took x-rays and then sat me down to discuss his findings. With much excitement, he told me he could help me! My problem - scoliosis (which had gone undiagnosed). Dr. Tyler took the time to explain to me what the curvatures in my spine had done to my body over the years including eventually causing my migraines. He discussed a treatment plan. I have been going in for treatment for 6 weeks now and I have had not even a single slight headache since my first visit! In 10 years I had not gone 2 days without a headache and now NO HEADACHES and the rest of my feels like a new person as well!! Thank you DR. TYLER for giving me quality of life when no one else was able to do so.

The group on was totally worth what I got for the price. Hour long deep tissue massage. Electrode therapy. Movement tests and Xrays. One complaint I do have which is actually a pretty big one. When I was done with everything the Dr never came out and told me what I should do for my treatment in the future. Exercises, stretches, medications, return visits, nothing. I even tried to get the girl at the front desk to get him and she said he was with another patient and wouldnt be out for a while. Even the massage therapist was surprised that he didnt come in to discuss with the massage therapist on where to focus. I dont know if it was because I was just a Groupon person or what. But out of a 5 id give it a 3.5 only because now i have no idea what I am supposed to do. Other than that the experience was totally worth the money. EDIT: 2 Hours after I left, the Dr. left me a voicemail and text messages profoundly apologizing for not meeting with me at the end of the treatment. I was not aware that they were short handed on that day and they only had one Dr. They offered me another round of treatment for the mistake, which I will take them up on at some point. I will probably need a number of treatments until the compression in my back is relieved but even after one treatment I can feel some relief. They really do kind of roll out the red carpet for you there.

I came here after purchasing a Groupon for a chiropractic consultation and a massage. Once I arrived, the front desk staff informed me that my appointment was just for the chiropractic portion and not for the massage. This was a huge inconvenience because when I made the appointment I was expecting everything to be done at the same time. I wish I was informed of this while booking. Anyway, I had to schedule the massage for a different day as they didnt have anything available. First appointment, I waited for about 30 minutes until a woman took me to the back room to see the doctor. I again waited for about 45 minutes before the doctor came in. The doctor seemed nice and the consultation went fine other than the long wait. All in all the appointment took about 2 hours total which is too long. A few days later I went back for the massage. Less wait time. Massage was amazing. Great deep tissue and tripper point release. About a week later I called to get an invoice or some sort of proof of my visit for my insurance company. The woman said she would email it right over. I never received anything so I called back. Same thing. I have called several times and emailed twice and keep getting the runaround. Its been over a month now and considering making a formal complaint. Will not return due to lack of customer service.

We were looking for a chiropractor who could work on my wife and not aggravate her bulging disks in her neck. I saw an ad during a google search and decided to check them out. Not only could Dr. Tyler listen to our concerns, his treatment was above and beyond what I expected. Weve gone to chiropractors for years, but Dr. Tyler combines massage and active release techniques, addressing the whole health of the body, not just the bones. Not only is Dr. Tyler an excellent doctor, his facility is new, and he provides a range of hours. Driving from Houston we appreciate the late hours available on Wednesdays. If youre a person concerned about harsh manual adjustments, see Dr. Tyler. It will change your view of chiropractic.

They made me an appointment for the same day. I came in barely able to stand up and within an hour, I had a consultation done, X-rays, electro therapy, a roller back massage, some other kind of massage and a realignment. I seriously felt a million times better. I never would have thought that was possible without medication of any kind. I had a huge work event the next day and this place was a huge life saver. I saw Dr. Yuncker and he was very personable and friendly. I also liked the staff. They asked me several times throughout the therapies if everything felt ok/how I was doing. This is a great office.

I wouldnt by a groupon for this establishment because they treat their groupon customers rudely. I had a groupon, then made a same day appointment. I then called back not long after to reschedule and they said I would have to pay for the appointment I had just made an hour ago! They were very rude on the phone. Also, I have been here before. If you are looking for a relaxing experience this is not the place to go. Try Hand and Stone Massage down the street. Their atmosphere and customer service is awesome.

Came here to get therapy and they advised that they can see me right away but had to wait for more than 30 minutes. I wanted to walk out but they kept telling me that Dr is going to see me momentarily. Not sure if this is a trick to bill insurers for wait times here. This is second time I am waiting a long time to see the Dr guy. Do t know what to think ... is this a real wait or make believe wait projecting busy when they are not !!! Anyone with similar experiences ?

I bought a Groupon for a massage. I called to schedule the massage, but We Got Your Back didnt have anything for me. They said they would not honor my Groupon since I had been there previously within the last 6 months. I told them the Groupon DID NOT say anything like that in the fine print and they AGREED but still wouldnt honor my Groupon. Dont waste your time for a company that is only out there to get new customers and does not care about returning customers!
