Dr. Payne is the most knowledgeable Chiropractor and most caring doctor we had! He was able to identify cause of my fathers hip pain, and he truly cares his patient, would go above and beyond to help my father heal. Here is my fathers story when he finally found care with Dr. Payne: My father, in his late 70s, had developed severe hip pain and hd seen reputable Neurologists. The answer is no surgery needed, nothing can be done (basically live with the pain). Hed seen a doctor from "Best Doctor" list, who based on MRI concluded his hip bone arthritis caused the pain and prescribed steroid which didnt work. Seen other Chiropractors with great review, but only got a generic answer - need to come and adjust frequently. No clear answer to how and why. Dr. Payne treated us with great professionalism better than our top medical doctor did. Dr. Payne carefully reviewed all exam results before seeing us; at the 1st visit, he explained what could cause his pain,using models and computer image. He even showed us the arthritis on MRI was the other side of the bone which isnt even in the pain area! His diagnosis is spot on. My fathers pain finally got relief after seeing Dr. Payne for a few weeks. More importantly, Dr. Payne truly cares his patient! He constantly keep in touch with me, the care giver, to explain how to get the best healing result. When he learned my father will leave for hometown for a few months, Dr. Payne offered us a free consultation to show all the exercises he needs to do at home. After his assistant showed us the exercise, he came to show again to make sure we get the correct movement. He patiently answered all of our questions and showed computer model to explain why these exercises are helpful to his healing. The 15 min free consultation turned into an hour, he didnt rush to leave at all. Honestly, whether my father does these exercises at home doesnt benefit his office at all, but Dr. Payne simply wanted my father to heal. He cares!

This place is wonderful. Dr. Payne and his Team are patient and caring. In my search to look for a chiropractor I called several places. This office was pleasant over the phone and didnt act as if I was a nuisance for asking if she could check my insurance to help me get a better idea of what my expenses might be. She promised to call back within the hour and she did. During my first visit at this office, I witnessed several walk-in clients and the lady behind the desk knew everyone my their first name. Within five minutes or less of my appointment time, I was already walking back to visit with Dr. Payne. He took his time with me and listened to what I had to say. He really seemed to care that I was in pain and wanted to help me resolve my problem. Subsequent visits have been just as good, if not better due to a great deal of relief from my pain. I would recommend Dr. Payne and his wonderful team to anyone.

I am giving this rating all in part to one of the front desk girls and her complete lack of being professional. My husband and I really do like Dr. Payne. However, we have issues with one of the front desk girls, Martha. She is by far the most unprofessional person I have come across. We need my husbands medical records sent to another facility and once we had the authorization form sent she said she would not fax the records to the appropriate person because the lady was rude. SERIOUSLY!! Then we asked to faxed or emailed to my husband; she cant fax 30 pages and emailing it to much work. I am so disgusted that a person can act this unprofessional. It is a shame because Dr. Payne is a great doctor and Nina and Michelle were great!

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.! I have severe back problems and if that isnt enough, was diagnosed with aggressive Rheumatoid Arthritis back in March. Desperately searching for pain relief, I was pleasantly surprised that Parkway Family Chiro was in my insurance network. Top off the fact it was close to my home. From the very first visit, after meeting Dr. Payne and his staff of angels, I knew I was in able hands. Three months later, I cant put into words how much better I feel. I know a lot of people have reservations about chiropractic care, but Im here to tell you it works. I only wish there were more stars to give. Thank you Dr. Payne and staff for all of your help. You are truly miracle workers <3

Dr. Payne & Dr: Zoomo are truly dedicated to the practice of helping each patient achieve better health . I initially went to their practice more than 8 years ago for back pain during pregnancy. I would be lost without them now! I cant say enough how much my family has benefited from their professional, comprehensive treatment, which include muscle stimulation, application of heat and light massage before each adjustment. That alone sets them apart, but they also take the time to discuss stretching, exercise and nutrition: The office staff are fabulous and caring as well. Do yourself and your health a favor and go see them, youll be so glad you did!

I have been doing to Dr Payne since last year. I damaged my neck pretty bad last year and I had a co worker suggest Dr Payne. He took the time on the intial visit to see what was going on and what we needed to do. He was able to get the pain I had in my neck and arm to go away. I was very frustrated at the time, dealing with the injury. I stayed patient and trusted him. Glad I did and I am back to training martial arts. The staff is very friendly and knows you by your first name. Top notch!!

Where do I start. Parkway Family Chiropractic is a Godsend. Extremely convenient hours compared to most chiropractic offices. Excellent staff and of course great doctors. If, like me, youve been to others, you will be pleasantly surprised to find that no one puts a hard sell on you for long treatment plans. No one tells you that they want to tell you about these great supplements and the multi-level marketing opportunity that comes with them. They just...simply...make you feel better.

BEST CHIROPRACTIC PRACTICE EVER!!! They have the sweetest staff (Victoria, Nina and Michelle are amazing ladies) and Dr. Payne works wonders! You feel welcomed the second you walk in the door and instantly start developing relationships with everyone who works there. Even though I am only 24, I have lower back and neck pain which has improved drastically after therapy and maintenance visits and performing at home stretching routines that Dr. Payne recommends. Youll never go just once!

Dr Payne is so awesome. He and his staff are very attentive and seem to really care about my problems. Because I speak so highly of him and his office, I have been able to influence my husband to start visiting Parkway. He had a past bad experience(office staff, not adjustment) with a different chiropractor and never wanted to see another one. But Dr Payne has helped him greatly as well. I am very thankful for their office and would highly recommend!! Thanks!!!
