Horrible, completely misdiagnosed one of our family pets and missed an early diagnosis, which could have saved the animals life if the disease had been diagnosed when we initially brought our pet in to see Dr. Carlson. He withheld additional testing b/c he knew wed have to do a payment plan to afford it; 2 months later, our pet was diagnosed with a terminal disease. We didnt have the opp to treat the disease b/c it was missed 2 months prior and had progressed to a non-treatable status. Negligent staff; was given improper instructions to clean the wound following a surgical procedure with Hibiclense and found out later from Vet specialists we saw, that it would cause an animal to have seizures and violent vomiting. When I went to pick my pet up after surgical procedures for testing, he was in a crate on the table where they do procedures and the staff was cleaning, vacuuming all around the area; he was terrified. Theres a lot more I could post, but those examples give you the gist of the quality of care you will receive at this Vet.

This place is amazing! If you are looking for a vet that is practical, intelligent and helpful, this is your place. The attitude is one of common sense, where you wont have a test run that will cost you a fortune if you dont need it. The care and quality is top notch, and prices are much better than vets in the area. All around great place. I work with many rescue animals- they have seen over 50, all with great results. They also truly give back and their love of animals show.

Intown Animal Hospital saw my pup through the later months of her life, and though we only visited the hospital twice, Dr. Carlston remembered us every time. He was always willing to take the time to answer my questions when I called, and that means so much when your pet is at that stage in their life. I feel fortunate to have happened upon them and can not praise the staff here enough! Thank you Intown for all that you do!

We went there since we live around the corner, but with times getting tough we priced other local vets and they were all cheaper for the exact same services. Now I feel like a chump for having paid so much all these years. They really need to get their rates in line or theyll really start losing business. They are good at what they do, though. I would return immediately if they lowered their fees.
