These have to be the most wonderful, caring, sympathetic people Ive ever met in my whole life. My first experience with them was in May 2015, whereas I had to put down our Scooby Doo,17 years old, due to complications of old age. They stayed with me even after they were closed that day and told me not to worry about the time, that we would stay as long as I wanted... they cried with me and even actually took my baby home with them and buried her for me as I could not handle the thought of every time I looked in my backyard that I would see her grave. I now have a cat that is very, very sick. Ive had him for 9 years.... they have had him at their home for the last 3 nights as he was at an emergency clinic all weekend. I will get him back today, certainly as a testament to what these people are and what they stand for. They are truly Gods people and they love all animals. I am truly grateful for them and wish everyone i the world would be like this. To Dr. Lisa and Dr.Dave; always stay the same and be true to your passion. My family, my animals, and I have no intention of ever using any other veterinarian. We love you from the bottom of our hearts and thank you immensely. If you never have opportunity to meet these people; youre missing out on something wonderful !!!

First impression was dismal. Im new to the area and called this morning to get an appointment for my dog. I explained that shes has chronic yeast in her ear and was treated for it by our previous vet. I was told I could bring her in this afternoon which was great, but when I asked if they wanted our previous vets contact information to get my dogs records, I was told no, they would do a new exam. It was only when I expressed that I wasnt interested in seeing a vet who didnt want my dogs records that the woman asked for their info. It left me with a very bad feeling. Doesnt a good vet want to see what weve already tried for our dog? We found another vet who could see her and who DID want her records. When I called back and told the woman wed found someplace else and she didnt need to contact our previous vet, she acted like it was the best news shed heard all day. The vet may be great and I may have just run across someone having a bad day, but thats no excuse for incomplete medical care.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE.... DO NOT go to this location. Under NEW management, and its TERRIBLE! I called them to get my pets records, after they took them from the location he was previously at, and because of bad beef between the owner (of this location) that used to be the owner of his last location, I have to pay .25 a copy for every sheet of his records to take to my new vet in Griffin. I think this lady needs to leave her drama at the door, because she is not going to get animals this way. I will TELL EVERYONE I KNOW what horrible practice this is... My dog has to have surgery every 6 months, and they wont release anything to me without me having to pay for them. DO NOT GO HERE. They are not concerned with your pets health. They are only worried about making money, and being hateful to the people that refuse to travel with them to the new location......

Terrible place!! Always crowded & never convenient. I took my puppy for his shots & they were so busy they just wanted to take him from me to do it in the back. I asked to go with him since he was scared & they refused to let me go with him! I was told that unless I needed to see the actual Vet herself then I wasnt allowed to go with him. The Dr. Lisa was not even in the room with him when he went back & I was still unable to go back with him. My other dog was neutered at this office & when we returned to have his stitches removed they tried to take them out on the porch outside! Very unprofessional and VERY RUDE employees. I do not reccomend this place to anyone. I have not had a bad experience with Dr. Lisa, just her employees.

This is the best care you can get for your babies. Dr Lisa & Dave have a heart of gold. They really care !!! For years they took care of Luke & Bailey. When it was time for Luke to go to rainbow bridge they came to our home. And the care they showed in helping him cross over was amazing. Dave took care of Lukes cremation. And Bailey got sick in the middle of the night. I had to go to another place. But I called Dave first thing Monday morning. So he could pick Bailey up. And when I picked him up he was in the most beautiful chest and his paw print was perfect. His urn came yesterday and now my babies sit beside each other. But Ill keep the chest forever. I Love and appreciate everything they did for my babies. Julie Owen

Hello, Thanks for looking us up. I am Dr. Lisa. I usually do not look at this stuff on the internet but someone showed me this site and the 1 star review from Autumn Vandiver. I decided to look her up in our computer records to find out what happened with her. Unfortunately, she does not have any files with either the Locust Grove Clinic or the old Mallards Landing Hospital. I do truly appreciate the good reviews from the other people that I did find as real clients. If anyone would like to come look through our computers to see if I am telling the truth then please come on. Also, Ms. Beacham is in our records but only came in 3 times for Rx medication? I like this vet office because its affordable but there vet assistance tell you youll be charged for a certain amount then when you get there your being charged for more than what you have on you. They have worked with me once but each time I take my puppy in I never know what they are going to charge me for even though I ask before her last visit. It would be nice to know what your being charged for because we usually only have enough for what we are taking her for. It would be nice of they had some kind of payment plan for in case your animal needs a unecpexted treatment and you dont have enough for that. Not everyone has $200 extra sitting around.

We have been dog lovers and have spent our lifetime off and on in vet offices in our 36 year marriage....we receive excellent care at this vet...we will not take our fur babies anywhere else...Dr Lisa and her husband are incredibly caring....they take a personal interest in their clients and patients and getting to know them, I have learned that they have many fur babies, themselves, that they have fostered and adopted to keep them from going to shelters...their staff is very warm and wonderful also...I highly recommend this office if you are in the area.....even if you are not in the area, if you love your animals, it is worth the drive!!!!!

I had to put down my 16 year old chihuahua on Monday. Dr. Lisa and her husband are so compassionate. I wouldnt have wanted to take her anywhere else. They gave me my personal time with her and let me stay with her till the end. After the process was over they gave me more time to say goodbye. I had her cremated. It took them less than 2 days to get her ashes back to me. I came home from work today to find a sympathy card from Dr. Lisa in the mail.It made my whole day they didnt have to do that. Yet they did. They care so much. Thank yall from the bottom of my heart.
