I took my dog for shot and grooming, the shots went well. The grooming was the issue my dog went in a full haired chow chow and came out a butchered poodle. They shaved my dog down so low, he has razor bumps and cuts. Then the grooming was not complete, nails and feet were not cut but they took all of his hair off. I contacted the office the following morning and was instructed to come back in, when we get there they want me to leave my dog, and said he will be ready by 4pm (this was at 10 30am) All we needed was them to complete the service we paid $180 bucks for. We decided to leave because a grooming really shouldnt take 2 days. I spoke to the doctor Paula, she could care less, she claimed she will speak the groomer. This was not the point, a service was paid for and it is not complete, and SNAPFINGER ANIMAL CLINIC NEVER COMPLETED THE SERVICE. There are other animal clinics please check them out because this was a total waste of time and money.

I cant even speak on the veterinary staff because I didnt make it that far. The receptionist was extremely rude (and I hope she does see this). I came in as a walk-in simply because the vet was near my house and my dog had been aggravated by some wax in his ear. I asked what was the process and cost of an ear cleaning. she responded with attitude asking if he had even been here before and started listing off sharply exam cost, ear test, and cleaning cost. while on her rant she asked and I quote " I mean we dont even know if he needs to be sedated, we know nothing about your dog, does he usually need to be sedated" while gesturing her hands. I responded you know what Ill just make the drive to his normal vet and explained to my dog that they werent very friendly here and were leaving. unacceptable for potential business of concerned pet owners. thanks for nothing

I have been taking my pets to Snapfinger Creek Animal Hospital for years and I truly enjoy the staff and especially Dr. Murray. Ive had numerous pets and shes always been them the best care. She knows you and your pet by name and remembers the issues that they may have. Years ago I had a pit bull that suffered from seizures and she helped me for years keeping him in the best of health. Im known at the animal hospital as the mail lady that always picks up stray dogs and the doctor always tries to help. I recently picked up a dog that was hit by a car and she took the dog in at no cost to me and helped the dog. Overall shes the best and I would recommend her to any pet lover. Caring for animals is something that I believe she loves to do. You can tell its more than a job!!

My 4 year old Shih-Tzu, Oreo is my baby and I dont trust her to just anybody. I have been going to Dr Paula for a couple of years now for my dogs shots and well check-ups. I have no complaints. Oreo trembles upon entering the door but allows Dr Paula to do what she has to do with no problem. The advice given is always right on point. I have not used their grooming services but we have boarded Oreo there for a week and had her nails trimmed. Great office & staff!!!

Doctor Murray and her staff are fantastic! We bring our three dogs here for vet care and boarding. It is the only vet they have ever been excited to go inside when they get there! Dr. Murray is very a knowledgeable, caring person. Our Papillon usually screams every time a vet touches him, but Dr. Murray quickly won him over and he loves her. Were so glad we found such a great Vet so close to our home.

This spot is so suspect, they dont want you back in the back rooms with your pet and they try you with the "heart worm scam" testing your dog for heart worms without your permission and of course according to them the test is positive. This place is walking distance from my home and I will not be going back. They get one star because I couldnt give them a zero.

I have been taking my Akita and Yellow Lab to Dr. Ellington for over 8 years. He has given my animals outstanding care. He is honest and you know he loves his job. I have recommended several people to Dr. Ellingotn and they all have positive things to say about him. My cousin drives 20 miles, passes several vets to take her Great Dane to Dr. Ellington.

Dr Murray is excellent. The office is clean and efficient. The staff are pleasant and courteous. Dr Murray treats my animals like they are her own. My dog who is very frightened at each visit gets reassurance and kisses on the nose. My cats gets treated like the feline royalty that he is convinced that he is. I highly recommend this practice.

Horrible experience. Drove from Johns Creek and when I got here someone yelled from the back rude things. Then after waiting the receptionist states the Doctor can no longer see my dog because something happen. An assistant came out and said oh no, she went to lunch. Horrible customer service!!! Never again.

I love that I always have access to the services and doctors at Snapfinger Creek Animal Hospital. Its in a great location and very close to home. My pet is very content whenever were in for our visit to the doctor, which makes our visits pleasurable. I would recommend this practice for your pets care.

This is a very good animal clinic, I have taken my dog Jhinx there for 4 months now and it is always top shelf service. Dr. Murray is outstanding and her staff is impeccable! I also adopted to feline from there and they made sure to provide a sea of knowledge and support! Kudos to this place

The doctors and staff have been very caring and concerned about my pet. I truly believe they are all animal lovers and really do have your pets best interest in mind. Their office is in a good location and you are usually able to make an appointment at a time that is convenient for you.
