After a traumatic experience with an emergency vet, that left our cat in need of further care, we took him to Midway Animal Hospital. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly when I arrived, the vet tech was very gentle with our cat during the initial exam and our experience with Dr. Lobeck was exceptional. He went out of his way to call and update us every morning with the status of our kitty. I really cant say enough how much I appreciated the level of service we received and the prices after our terrible previous experience with another vet. We have several friends who take their pets to this hospital and they have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Hardee and the rest of the staff. We were able to bring our kitty home yesterday and he is finally returning to his old self. Thank you Midway Animal Hospital!

My pets have been going to Midway for three years...I volunteer for a rescue so I have three rescues ...two cats, one dog and many more dogs that I walk every weekend at the rescue. I wish I could bring them all home! Almost two years ago, I had to put my beloved elderly Beagle down and the experience at Midway was a good one considering what I was there for...its really hard to let those little guys go. When I saw him laying there so peacefully after months of doggie dementia, I knew it was the right thing to do. I mostly see Dr. Bard because she is awesome and so sweet, but my experience with all of the doctors at Midway proves that they are very caring and kind and understanding when it comes to caring for our "children". They listen and they take care of us. Hugs to all of you!

May 9th, 2016 at Midway Animal Hospital in Alpharetta - Brought my cat in for a $55 grooming. They said he needed two shots. I should have asked, but was expecting a total under $100... The total was over $215, including an exam I didnt approve or even know about. I accepted a $30 medicine probiotic for an irritated tummy, but the total was still outrageous. Oh, and I got home to discover FLEAS! I have 3 cats and 2 dogs and havent had fleas in years. This cost an unexpected additional $255 in flea meds the following day. I will never go anywhere other than North Main Animal Hospital (Alpharetta) again. What was I thinking! Now, even with proper response, I could have fleas in the house with my kids and pets for 3 months just because of the lifecycle. This is a miserable situation.

Last week we visited Midway twice. In our first visit, Dr. Povlovsky was very understanding and kindly let us know how sick our cat was. She also gave us good information about how to know when the time had come to put her to sleep. A couple of days later, we returned for the dreaded appointment. Dr. Lubeck was so patient and kind and it really helped to know that the staff at Midway was so caring. We even received a sweet sympathy card in the mail a few days later. The staff at the front desk was also helpful and caring. We always felt that we got good medical care at Midway, but the personal and caring atmosphere really helped us get through a very difficult time. Thank you all.

I love everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting here!! They are amazingly sweet to my dog, they even remember him when he comes in and when I call, and they answer all my questions thoroughly and never make me feel rushed or stupid for asking so many questions. I cannot say enough good things about them! I also feel like the prices are reasonable and they dont try to up-sell or anything like that.Highly recommend!

Overall was fine and as expected. The staff was behaved and appropriate. The doctors and vet assistants were great. The front desk at times leave something to be desired and at times I felt... how can I say it... awkward. This was not consistent though. The pricing was a little more than expected and you may be able to find better prices somewhere else, THOUGH they are cheaper than Loving Hands not far from them.

I have used Dr. Hardees services for the past 17 years and cannot say enough nice things about him and the entire staff. They go out of their way to provide top quality vet services. My 22 year old daughter just got her first dog and I was reminded how excellent Dr. Hardee is with new pet owners as well. This is an outstanding facility with an equally outstanding staff!

Wow! The goal of this place is how much they can get you to buy, not on whats best for your pet. Before they even meet you they want you to get a $128 blood test and it goes down from there. Then you get to wait, and pay three times as much as a shot clinic, next time Ill wait at the shot clinic and save $100 and not have to deal with rude staff and pushy vets.

Doctors are great, knowledgable, friendly, talented, dont know why the office manager can get away with being such a rude, abrassive human being and hold such a job title that deals with the public. I hope to never deal with her again as it made my experience otherwise horrible.
