I was surprised on the service I received because this place had such positive reviews, which is why I choose to go to them. I had called for an emergency appointment and they said they had an appointed time for me to come in the next day. When I came in everything seemed so disorganized. Once the vet came in to take a look at my pet, she was missing her assistant and had to go find one. When the doctor stepped out, two different vet technicians were constantly coming in and walking back out not knowing whats going on. I was kept waiting for 45 minutes with no one to check up on me. The entire time I was there for an exam a few shots took 2 and half hours!!!! I run a practice with patients and I know that the first thing about running behind is to apologize to your patients for the wait and if there is anything they need. When I was asking what was going on the front desk ladies didnt seem to know or really care. I was hopped from room to room because they were busy. Then when they told me the bill I wanted to know what the break down of services was and the lady at the front got snippy with me, questioning why I was bothering to ask. I dont care who or what services your providing, I have a right to know WHAT I am paying for in a break down without getting an attitude in return. Although, I was an emergency patient everyone around me seemed to be getting in and out happy with no issues, but I was treated like I was non-existent, shoved in the corner and I dont appreciate that level of service regardless of what I am there for. If I am there for the first time, offices need to make sure that 5 star service is given because they need to project a proper first impression to gain further business. I know because I run my own practice and that is the first thing I dont tolerate is new patients waiting, not being checked up on when they are waiting, and not given A quality service. I was hoping to make this my vet clinic for my pets but first impression was not good and I wont waste anymore of time to find out if it was just an isolated incident.

One of the best vet experiences weve ever had. Saw Dr. Hilton on an emergency basis today. We had never been to the clinic before, but called out of desperation as our vet couldnt get us in. Called, explained the situation, and were instructed to come in immediately without hesitation. We were taken right back to a room as they could see our sweet pup was not feeling well. She was immediately evaluated and cared for. They requested we leave her for further evaluation and treatment and informed us we would be contacted in 2 hours. All happened exactly as stated. Spoke to Dr. Hilton twice by phone and twice in clinic. She was even kind enough to show us the X-ray and explain what we were dealing with. We felt welcomed by the entire staff and never felt rushed! They were so kind and accommodating! We had such a great experience, we will be switching out vet care permanently! Thank you Jones Bridge Vet!

Weve been going to Jones Bridge Animal Hospital for 11 years and the service just keeps getting better with more excellent vets and even more cool vet technology. All of the Jones Bridge vets and techs and front office folks are all so qualified, capable and above all they are kind and caring to each of our 4 precious pups. Now 3 of them are "seniors" and its such a good feeling to know the vets know and remember my dogs by name! The Vet doctors ALWAYS call to follow up themselves! We never feel rushed during our medical visits. They see our animals as we do. "Members of our Family". So far, I have never had a time that they couldnt see us the same day for an urgent issue. Their doggy day care area is so clean and the dogs actually look like they are smiling. My dogs are very well cared for and they actually enjoy their vet visits with the doctors at Jones Bridge Animal Hospital.

Jones Bridge Animal Hospital took very good care of my dog Morgan. Their staff is exceptional and they truly love animals. Vet Tech Mallory McPherson got down on the ground with my dog to make sure she was comfortable (she gets very anxious at the vet like other doggies) during her visit. My dog had a cancerous lump and had to get surgery. Prices were good and the care was amazing. Dr. Harris communicated well and expressed true concern for my dog. She was very patient with all my questions which made me feel comfortable. Absolutely one of my best vet experiences ever! Highly suggested for others! I havent used their dog day care yet but I always see them letting the dogs play outside so I feel good about using that service in the future.

Our dog had severe complications due to a routine out-patient surgery. We gave them a second chance and boarded our dogs there while we were out of state, as we assume the original fiasco was uncommon. We have 2 large dogs and advised we needed 2 separate kennels, as one our dogs is younger and food protective/dominant and the other is older, 40lbs smaller, and very submissive. When we arrived to pick them up they had been kept in the same kennel for the entire stay (5 nights) and our older dog had bite wounds on his face. The staff advised they didnt notice anything and didnt have any note they were supposed to be in separate kennels. We will be taking our pets (and our money) elsewhere!!

I have been taking my Shih Tzu Chanel here to see Dr. C (Dr. Carrasquillo) since she was 6 weeks old. She is now 10 and even though I have moved from the Johns Creek area, I continue to drive to Jones Bridge Animal Hospital for Chanels vet visits. Dr. C is absolutely wonderful and I couldnt stress enough that the care she has been given is exemplary!. Calls are always returned promptly when I have questions for Dr. C. I travel quite often with Chanel and heis always willing to answer my concerns via telephone. The facility is beautiful and extremely clean! Anyone that I refer to Dr. C is always very grateful! The entire staff is fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend!

We have been using Jones Bridge Animal Hospital for 10 years. We love the ENTIRE staff and they always make us and our pet feel special and like we are the only patients when we are there. They provide excellent patient care and have treated two of our dogs over the 10 years. The facility is always clean and we always feel safe leaving our pets to be boarded and know they will be well cared for and given lots of love and attention. Regardless of where we may live in the area, we will always be patrons of Jones Bridge as long as we live in the greater Atlanta area. If you arent using them today, you should make the switch!

Everything about you and your pets experience are stellar here. Always cheerful, compassionate, caring and excellent veterinary care. When I call with questions, they take all the time I need to answer my questions. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Jones Bridge Anmal Hospital to anyone - in fact, I always do! We havent used their boarding facilities, but you can keep up with the activities on their Facebook page - lots of images and updates. I know that when we will need to board, I will feel at ease with the care my pet will recieve. An exemplary clinic. Any small business could take lessons from their operations.
