The only good thing about my visit was the great care and professionalism of the optomitrist, the rest of the staff was obviously and blatently only intrested in my money. I was quoted a way lower price on the phone for my exam, when i brought that up, they didnt know why, so i got to pay more. When ordering my contacts, they tried to charge me a copay, which i wasnt supposed to pay, they insisted, so i asked them to call the insurance company, which told them exactly what I had said. On the phone i had stated that I was probably just going to buy my contacts online, and they had told me that they would price match any price I found. But then, when it was time for me to pay for my contacts and I found a lower price online they refused to price match because they said it was more than $10. They ended up shaving off a couple dollars, but i wouldve saved money buying online. Whats the point of "price matching" if they charge more and refuse to come down. They are definitly an establishment who will tell you one thing, then turn around and say something different.

Dr. Stanich is fantastic - she is kind, helpful, and very professional. The eye exam process was quick and painless and she explained everything thoroughly. The other staff in the office wasnt nearly as friendly or helpful, but Dr. Stanich herself will keep me coming back!

They will neglect to tell you that your order is non refundable before you shop with them and refuse to refund you money after youve become unhappy with the product and the service.
