The pharmacist Sandip is not a pharmacist for the patients at all. Have had serveral problems with him in the past but today takes the cake. I called to refill my remaking script yesterday. He said no he would not fill it bc im early. Have my dr. Call him b4 he will fill it. Its a 30 day supply 1 per day. Very expensive medication. Its been 25 days Ive only filled 20. I was trying to pick up my last 10. Dr office called today to give permission for release and he still wouldnt realese it. Its been a game of phone tag all morning. I live in st Augustine. But after his crazy game of phone tag I had it transferred to Walgreens with out any problems or issues. Be ware of Sandip.

THE WORSTTT! Today at noon, for instance, my husband dropped off my prescription and they said it will be ready in 45 minutes. So..... instead of coming home to help me, he waited there and bought items he really didnt need just to pass the time, only to be told 50 minutes later that the delivery wont be in until around 4 or 5! How rude. This is just todays issues. There have been SEVERAL other issues that i can update when i have more energy.

Horrible. Every time i go to this pharmacy i dread it. They have no interest in helping you at all. Youre better off spending the money to go somewhere they actually care for you
