They did an alright job - no complaints there. Beware that their prices are outrageous. Almost 300/person just for an examine, so you can order contacts (no contacts included). Even with our eye insurance and ordering contacts separately, it was outrageous. Will not go there again. Also they do many tests, which seemed unnecessary. My husband and I are both under 25 and were there for an hr each undergoing various tests when we had no complaints about our eyes other than needing a new prescription for ordering new contacts.

Helpful and knowledgable staff. Prices are fair. Without vision insurance I paid $90 for a contact lens exam. The same thing at lens crafters cost me $176. I got vision insurance this year so the co pay went down to $40. They also gave me free trial contacts and helped me pick out new glasses. Their frames were about the same price as most, but my insurance covered it so I didnt mind paying more than I would at wal mart.

What a great group of experts. I bent my glasses this morning, took the pin out to see if I could adjust them myself, spent over an hour trying to get the pin back in, went up to WRVC and Sherry quickly and painlessly fixed them. This place is a gem!
