I purchased lenses from this business and had a good experience and so I went back to purchase new glasses. I already had a prescription from another eye-care provider and so I did not see the doctors. The staff member I saw was helpful in picking out frames but I left understanding she would order a particular frame for me so I could try it on. After two weeks I did not hear anything. I called and left a voice mail. No call back. After another two weeks I called again and left a message with the receptionist. No call back. Disappointed. It appears they do not want my business.

In this day of doctors caring more about the "bottom line" Dr. Eric Jones is a refreshing change. In just my one visit with him I can tell he actually cares about his patients. He explained everything to me, and didnt try to "sell" me anything I really didnt need. I felt I had the most thorough eye exam Ive ever had. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. If you know anyone who is elderly in your family I think he would be an excellent choice for an optometrist. He will be patient and take time with your loved ones. An A+ experience!!!

Love it.. and love the staff.. DR. Jones is also VERY easy on the eyes!! (if ya know what I mean).. GREAT SERVICE ALWAYS!!
