My first eye exam with Dr. Helfrich I felt comfortable. My exam was not rushed and I had time to adjust to the different lenses during the exam. The office staff was organized and put me at ease during the air puff exam, (never my favorite part of the exam) I walked out with confidence knowing I had a good exam and new glasses on order. Because my experience was so good I have returned every year for my eye exam and followed Dr. Helfrich to new locations. I highly recommend Helfrich Family Eye Care if you are looking for a professional staff and excellent eye exam.

Sept 9th, 2016 Never done this before, but, I felt I must warn the next guy NOT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY... first contact script made my eye hurt, the next pair broke off in my eye (dailies, way to thin for me) and at that point was told, "were done, take it or leave it on those two". I said is this a joke? No they were not kidding and very rude to booth. Ask for $187 back and they said no. Go somewhere else.
