Absolutely perfect. Every single person who worked there was genuine, nice, and honest. I had a little time crunch and everyone set perfect expectations of how long things would take while doing their best to save a few minutes for me. It was a huge help and I still received the most thorough exam Ive ever had. I understood what should be addressed and why and what needs monitoring and why. Thats my dental office as long as they will have me! (and dont judge the office by its cover: inside that building in need of a little tlc is a sleek, bright, and clean office. Top notch folks in a top notch facility)

This may sound weird, but I love going to the dentist! Dr. Tsais office is so friendly, and my dental hygienist Ashley is amazing and kind. She has such a gentle touch, that I doze off while she is cleaning my teeth. Love the calm atmosphere and the goodie bag (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss) I get with each visit.
