I have been going to Dr. Tsai for years. She is gentle, kind and super knowledgeable. Her staff is also very professional and efficient. I am a very nervous patient but with the support of Dr. Tsai and her staff I havent needed extra support during visits (medications). The office is always clean and nicely decorated. Her equipment is modern and she appears to keep up to date with the latest treatments and technologies.

Dr. Tsai and her staff (Linda, dental hygienist and Luan, front office) are simply amazing. Professional, thorough and they genuinely care about my oral health and my comfort during the visit. I have been to 5 different dentists in my life, and Dr. Tsai and her staff are truly the best. Staff and dentist are both extremely professional and very friendly. The office is clean and comfortable. The work is gentle and meticulous. I love the email and text reminders instead of a recorded call. For years I have paid more out of pocket to have this office as my primary dentist because Dr. Tsai is that good and I will continue.
