A trip to the dentist is typically not the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about a pleasurable experience, however from the scope of my experiences this has been the most comfortable I been while working with a dental team. The staff at Kai Dentistry is fantastic. The front office is very warm and welcoming, and they have complimentary tea/coffee in lobby. Dr. Tran took the time to listen to me and my dental history along with conducting a thorough examination. The main reason I came in was for a new retainer and mouth guard, since my old ones were damaged. I am pleased to report that my new retainer fits perfectly and so does the night guard; Dr. Tran made sure that they both fit properly before I left the office. I also got 5% off my bill for riding my bicycle to the office! I will be coming back in 6 months and looking forward to the cleaning and the free tea in the waiting area. Thank you and keep up the great work.

I had some tooth pain and Dr. Tran saw me on an urgent basis, even though I was a brand new patient and she was soon to leave on her vacation. She did a very thorough exam using different testing methods to pinpoint the pain and the cause. As she worked, she explained the tests to me and how she used the results to make her diagnosis. I was very impressed with her expertise and grateful for the urgent basis appointment. I have more dental work to do before the problem is solved but I know Im now on the right track. I highly recommend Dr. Tran.

After going away to college and starting my career, it has been a while since Ive seen a dentist, and I was apprehensive about coming in. I cant emphasize enough how wonderful of an experience I have had with Dr. Tran and her staff. Dr.Tran is extremely thorough, kind, and reassuring, and my hygienist, Lia, is such a gift. They go out of their way to make sure you are 100% comfortable and pain free at all times, and are very sensitive to offering you the most value for your budget. Im so relieved I was referred to Kai Family Dentistry.

She and her kindly staff have really gone out of their way to make it possible for this scardy cat to keep my teeth healthy and I so appreciate their efforts on my behalf. Dr. Tran and her staff are very professional, caring, and efficient! At my latest appointment, three old silver fillings in one tooth were drilled out and a new temporary crown cast and installed in an hour, with no pain and great communication. Leah, the dental hygenist, deserves praise too. She has been cleaning my teeth in he same office for 30 years. All around, a trustworthy, competent and kind dental practice!

The staff is friendly, professional, and very welcoming; they put you at ease right away. Dr tran is efficient, thorough, and very gentle. The office itself is bright and open, and provides as relaxing and comfortable a space as you could want. I need to go back for some fillings, and for the first time in my adult life - I am NOT dreading the experience! I recommend Dr Tran and her staff absolutely!

The whole team here is excellent! I was in severe pain and they got me in right away ( like in 10 minutes!) and quickly diagnosed me with a nerve root issue which will require a root canal. They had my referral ready by the end of the exam and walked me right over to a neighboring specialist for treatment. I cant say enough about how great Dr. Tran is and the staff, truly exceptional.

Flexibility in the timing of my arrival was greatly appreciated, especially, at the end of a very full day. In addition, I was warmly welcomed even though a puppy was with me. All dental procedures were patiently explained with time for questions. My hygienist was very thoughtful and efficient. It had been a year since my last visit and I am looking forward to my 6 month followup.
