I have recieved great care here. There is available parking when Ive gone. The schedulers, front desk, and hygienists are all nice. I have good insurance. I did have an issue the last time I went and wanted to share it with you, its something to be aware of. So, by insurance rules, you have to schedule cleanings by six months and one day apart from your last cleaning. My cleaning was on 4/12/17. I went to schedule my next cleaning appointment, while I was in the office. The woman gave me October 7th. And I was like sure thats fine, I didnt realize the current date, I dont have a calendar in front of me and I figured shes been working in the dental business she knows when to schedule my next cleaning. So I get home and Im putting in the date into Google Calendar of my next cleaning and I realize that it is NOT six months and one day from which will be my last cleaning. So I kindly called and asked to reschedule my appointment and gave the reason why (I needed 6 months & 1 day from last visit) and she said "Would you rather come in on October 7th and pay full price for a cleaning OR would you rather reschedule so that your insurance pays it? Whhhhhaaaatt? For REAL? WHO ASKS THAT, for a cleaning? I can understand MAYBE for a crown or dental work.. I didnt know medical clinics were in the business of upselling? That question really threw me for a loop. I still gave 4 out of 5 stars, BUT! PEOPLE need to DOUBLE CHECK your appointments youve MADE with professionals. Can you imagine if I had gone to get my teeth cleaned and gotten the bill for $150 +. I would have to pay that, for the dental offices ERROR.

Maybe its just me, Ive read some bad reviews here. I have had only the best and also first class treatment and experience here. I dont enjoy going to the dentist and many do not offer nitrous anymore. I called around some offer it and some dont, some are cash only and some take only certain insurance. Ive been to many different dentists and I honestly could say that they are friendly and honest. You do have to speak up and tell them what you want. You have to speak up and talk with the financial people, the hygienist and the dentist. Yes, it could be cleaner and more fancy, but you pay for all that. You can go downtown or uptown and pay full price and get close to the same experience and who know you can get cheated there too. I get all my general work done here, 3 extractions and 3 fillings in the last 4 years. Any major work...I would trust them, but I would also consider flying south to Mexico too...1/3 price... You cant have your cake and eat it too....or maybe you can, if you keep up your dental appointments. Lastly Ive been told by many that I have a nice comforting smile. I can say that its mostly due to them, these guys are good if you get the right dentist and team of people. Speak up and tell them what you want and expect from them. Too many people just go ahead with whatever whomever says and ruin their teeth. Communication is key!

I like to start review by the positives: great hours, got me in to see a doctor really fast, lots if languages spoken, However, I really felt like I was being dealt with on an assembly line... The teeth cleaning was the most painful one of my life, the equipment wouldnt work (light) and had also not been wiped down in a while (light again, which is all you see when youre in that chair). The room I was in was apparently a walk through room and the dentist had a whole conversation with the hygienist first before acknowledging I was in the room. During the exam, I couldnt really tell when he was talking to me or the hygienist and afterwards he walked out without even saying bye... Not going here again.

"Requested" an appointment online and didnt hear anything from them for almost a week. No automated email, no phone call, nothing. I called and was told my appointment time was not available and that I never made the appointment all I did was requested it and that it was too bad I misunderstood. When I protested I was hung up on. Clearly going to find a different dentist before ever having set foot in this place.

This place is amazing . I had went to a previous dentist who couldnt extract my wisdom. I came in early this a.m as an er walkin with pain. I was greeted and taken care of promptly. The dentist extracted my wisdom with no issue. I was prescribed the medications l needed and was given clear instructions. The staff is friendly. I would recommend this facility to all!

The most painful cleaning I ever had in my life!! The light wasnt clean and the equipment worried me cause it looked like it was not wiped down. After suffering with multiple cavitys he gave me nothing for pain. I went to someone else and found out I had an Infection that some how was missed my this Doctor. But then again he only seen me for 1 minute.

Great service work, how ever they do nothing for your pain, i have to wait til august to get a tooth pulled, been sitting home in pain for 5 days now and they prescribed mouth wash, now how does mouth wash help pain of a tooth growing into your jaw

I first went here for an extraction, and they were the best. I have since brought all my girls here. Good care so far, only suggestion I have is to greet customers more promptly at the front.

I told the dental hygienist three times that I didnt need a consultation for wisdom teeth extraction and found on my insurance slip I was being charged for one anyway. Be careful.

They left part of my tooth in then they had to go in my gum an pull the remainder of the tooth out I am in extreme pain this was the worst dental visit I ever had
