My husband visited the store yesterday 12/14/16. It was not busy and he needed an eye exam so he was able to be seen relatively quickly. After the doctor had checked my spouses eyes and written a prescription for him he was shown the frames from which he could choose and was soon ready to place his order and check out. The store was empty and there were three women, 2 old ladies and one younger somewhat disheveled looking woman, behind the counter. My husband stood at the counter waiting for assistance after several minutes he asked for help..one of the older women told him she was busy and to go to the other counter where the younger woman was . This associate refused even to make eye contact for fear shed have to help him. My husband is one of the most patient, kindest men Ive ever known and for him to be treated in such a rude, unprofessional manner simply infuriates me.. Two other customers entered the store and were immediately set upon by all three women...disgusted, my husband left. He went to Rutland Optical to get his frames, their customer service is always wonderful.

I have three children and have taken them to Dr Bell every year for exams and he is wonderful with them, the staff is very knowledgeable and kind. Plus having the lab on site makes getting glasses very convenient. Thank you for all your help!

Thank you so much for your kindness today. I walked in with no appointment and unable to see. They were able to "see" me same day and had new lenses ready in 30 minutes. My vision has not been this clear for two years.

Dr and one of the sales girls was very nice .but the one that takes info and starts exan was awful couldnt even look to see if they took ins just a terrible experience. Last time ever going there.

Disorganized operation with ironically inexperienced lensecrafters. Dont bother calling youll be put on hold over 5 minutes. Would not use again.
