I tried setting up my daughters 1st dental appointment. They set it for 10am, then I get a text message its at 9am. Then a Priscilla calls to tell me the dentist is taking a lunch. So by that point I told her to cancel the appointment all together. I get a call 3 hrs later to confirm a appointment for 3pm. I told the girl who call I had cancelled the appointment all together. She told me so you didnt set the appointment? The staff was rude and unprofessional, they tell you a time and then just change it, then set up appointments that you dont even schedule. I tried at the Ayers location and I got a call the same day to confirm her appointment for a totally different patient and a totally different time. Never will I go there!

Muy mal la verdad estoy que no lo puedo creer la que le hizo la limpieza a mi niño muy ruda la dentista no se diga casi lo ahogan mi niñoes especial y tiene problemas de nerviosismo no tienen cuidado le salieron sus lagrimas pero el ni se qejo no lo recomiendo tienen que tener más calidad humana para tratar a los niños ellos no son como adultos

Im a new patient in this dental company. Well the last time i went there i had 8 fillings in my teeth.. i told that doctor that the front area is hurting so maybe i need a root canal he said no.. its not really hurting so bad that time.. after he did all the filling in my teeth everything hurts. I wasnt satisfied what he did his not very kind to his patient and he even dont communicate to me well. ! That area was in kostoryz!!!! Tommorrow im gonna have my last appointment he better take good care of his patient. Now my teeth are all hurting lets just see tommorrow whats gonna happend.

By far the worst Dentist Ive been to. The Dentist was very rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. She did not introduce herself. She was digging in my teeth very Harsh and when I flinched she said what was wrong I told her she was hurting me and right away she said"Do you want to see another dentist!! I Do not recommend this place at all. Worst Worst expierance ever!!!!

Going to the dentist is never fun but the staff here makes the experience much better. Everybody was friendly & professional. I like the payment plan options. Most places dont do that. Im pleased so far. Ive got lots more work to get done but I have a feeling Im in good hands
