If I could give a negative zero I would. I wait four months to get a dentist appointment then they call me the day before my appointment and tell my my insurance has not gone through and that my other insurance has to be proceed and it takes 48 hours resulting in me having to wait another month to get in. I booked my appointment four months ago there is no reason why they couldnt of ran my insurance a long time ago to inform me now Im left in pain still off to look for another dentist. I would NOT recommend this place what so ever. The staff is rude and need to be better what their job. Theyre just as over priced as any place too so you might as well go to somewhere better who actually care about your well-being.

The one star is strictly for the front desk personel. They are closed for any possible reason. They do not answer their phones. When they do answer you get hung up on. The front desk person Tanisha is the WORST. She is very hateful. She has not only been hateful to me but other patients. I have actually seen her yell at a patient in the waiting room. Her behavior over the phone is unprofessional. The only good thing about this clinic is Meosho Carr the PA. She is excellent and always in high spirits. BUT if you want to actually see her you are going to have to go through the rude, obnoxious front desk help. Good luck

Before setting foot at the clinic. I called them to make sure our insurance is accepted and would pay for cleaning and everything came back good. We had our teeth cleaned and 4 months later a bill came back for $435 for the 4 of us. Tryimg to call them today to see whats going on. But it will be a waste of time and money on my part trying to solve something that I shouldnt because I have done my part properly before seeing them. Hope you will find this review helpful so you wont have to waste your time and money at this clinic.

For this to be part of the UMC i was totally disappointed in the service we received or the lack there of. Staff was very RUDE!!!! Was never told on phone that this would be just a checkup and the problem we came for would not be addressed or fixed. It was just a scam to milk Kancare will NEVER be back!!!!!
