This is the worst dentist office ever, if I could give it NO STARS I would. I was forced to use them a few years ago due to insurance options, and they forced me to do a really expensive deep cleaning even though my insurance wouldnt cover it and wouldnt do a regular cleaning that my insurance would cover... so I didnt bother getting any cleaning. Fast forward to summer 2016 I decided to give them another chance now that I have dental insurance again. This time I was fine for the regular cleaning but now at the end of March (8 months later) they sent me a bill saying I owe them money. My insurance covers x rays, exams, and regular cleanings 100%. They said my insurance was cancelled. It was cancelled August 30th... NOT when I received the cleaning/exam (which was late June or early July) so it is their fault for waiting to bill the insurance company nearly 2 months later or they are scamming me. I ended up paying them rather than dealing with getting in touch with the insurance company and going back and forth over $42. IN ADDITION to this, my husband had an even worse experience. He went in for a few cavities to get filled. He wasnt experiencing any pain but they said he had them so he obviously decided to get it done anyways (he most likely DID have them so Im not saying I dont believe them). However, after having them "fixed" a day or two later he started to experience a lot of pain. He waited a couple of weeks and it would not go away so he called them and told them something was wrong. Apparently the dentist that did the work was fired for reasons unknown to me. Possibly for other issues? Not good at what they do? At first they said that maybe it needed to be filed down more and it was putting pressure on the tooth so they did that. However, there was still pain later so he went back again and they took another x-ray and admitted that there looked like a small hole under the filling that wasnt properly filled in so they took it out and did it again. My husband STILL experienced pain and went back. This time they said it was probably a tooth infection and gave him some mouth wash... Yeah right. So to this day (7 months later, he went in August) he is still experiencing pain. He doesnt even want to go back for fear that they will mess him up more. Money wasted, and in permanent pain. Needless to say we wont be going back there.

Entire Staff is all about up-selling. 1st time we went there they tried selling us the $99 special teeth whitening and fluoride treatments. Told my husband he needed $500 deep cleaning since he doesnt floss well. So we agreed the the deep cleaning. Went in a second time for cleanings again pushed up-selling. Never been to a dentist where the actual dentist does not come in to check your teeth once the hygienist is done. This time they said my husband would always need special cleanings going forward every three months that would cost us $120 a pop. My husband told the hygienist no that he has had deep cleaning in the past and he only wanted the normal cleaning. The hygienist refused. So we requested to speak with the manager. She disappeared for 10 minutes then claimed the office manager had left for the day. She said she left a message for the office manager to call me the following day. No call back. I have called the office 4 times and left messages and was assured Gisele would call me back. She has done nothing but ignore all calls. Poor customer service........We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I agree with the other posts about upselling. They told me I needed a deep cleaning which would cost me $300 + after insurance kicks in. I asked for a list of what that includes. 4 sets of antibiotics @ $40 each, a home care kit for $69 etc! I said no to all that and decided to go ahead with the deep cleaning with the understanding that I can go back in every 6 months for a general cleaning as I had no problems with my teeth or gums. After the deep cleaning however, I was told I need to go back in every 3 months because I had Periodontal disease and it would cost me $91 out of pocket for each visit! I told them I just want to get a regular 6 months cleaning, I was told they wont do it because this is what the dentist says I needed irregardless of what I can afford or what I choose to have done to my mouth! I was also told to go get a second opinion from another dentist because this is the way it should be! The whole experience just left me very uneasy and mistrustful of them not to mention $165 poorer. Needless to say I will be looking for another dental office.

The first and last time I will ever send someone to this dentist office. The dentist is rude and the office staff isnt much better. My boyfriend went there because he was in pain. They said he needed to have several things done. Ok fine no problem they were paid in full and up front. Since then its been a pain in the butt to get an appointment and try and get the issues fixed. About the only time he can get an appointment is when he threatens to want a refund so he can go somewhere else. They always say oh we dont have anything available for like a month or two then when he asks for the refund so he can go somewhere else they mysteriously have an opening. To this day hes still in pain all the issues have not fixed and they were paid in full back in August here it is basically November. Screw this place!! I will never recommend this office to anyone.

Every time I go into this office, Im told something different. Lets start with the simple fact that I went today for a general cleaning and the technician told me I needed a deep cleaning. When I asked about the cost of it, he (Jim) said that it would cost $232 for the whole mouth. We discussed half and he said itll be $116. I agreed to do the cleaning. I go to checkout and my bill is $425. When I asked the receptionist about it, I was told that he added antibiotics which are $40 per quarter and irrigation. This is NOT my first experience with high cost from this company but Im very limited to the places that I can go to due to insurance. I have a long list of complaints that I can share about this office. Do NOT go here unless you have a money tree attached because there are a lot of hidden cost that are not discussed with patients.

This is by far the worst Dentist I have ever been too. The Enthadontist that is 3rd party and comes in every Friday is great, however the primary dentist is not. The staff is rude and when I went for a visit I was and am still in a lot of pain. I paid them $2800.00 up front for all the work that needs to be done and every time I try and get an appointment they say we are a month booked....When I make a threat for a refund magically there is an opening. I left there in pain yesterday and am still in pain. Then they try and blame me for not flossing properly which is so false....... Getting my refund Monday and will go to Aspen Dental where I know I can get better service from a real dentist instead of one who is like "I dont know about this or that" I am not even sure if she has a degree........Ridiculous
