Didnt seem too bad at first in the emergency room as I was told to go there from the Lake County Clinic, as they couldnt accomodate a problem with a severe and itchy rash quickly enough. However even though I was the only one around, I was still made to wait a half hour. Thing was, the thing that caused a rash never got treated at the hospital. Just a quick 10 minute look over after the half hour wait, and the doctor said "just treat it with this OTC". Ok... (Other stuff I was using didnt work.) For this, I was billed $800. Waay to much, for what was a 10 minute visual diagnostic with no bloodwork, etc. The real problem though is with billing. Was told I could make separate payments, as I dont make nor have enough to pay in full. This was after I was turned down for financial aid assistance, even though youd think being unemployed at the time would qualify. However they still went to a collections service even though I was making the minimum monthly payments quoted by their billing staff. So avoid at all costs. Service being meh is one thing, but this place is a ripoff. Not to mention they say one thing and do another. If you can help it any, youre better off just waiting it out at the County Clinic, or perhaps going to Zion or Lake Forest. Also with billing, since their the only game in town (essentially a monopoly), it shouldnt be an excuse to screw everyone in the city. I had to go here to take a drug test for a new employer.. I parked in the parking garage, which I noticed was strangely empty.. I walked into the ER entrance and there was no one to be found- the security desk was empty and no one was walking around, it was very creepy. I found a small check in window in the ER and stood there for a couple mins waiting for someone to appear. The check in area was full of stuff- papers including patient names, boxes of old decorations and other random things.. when the lady finally came out, she informed me that the corporate lab was down the hall and to the right. I walked down the hall completely alone, what kind of hospital literally has NO people in it?! While walking down the hall, I noticed some red/brown liquid splattered down the white tile.. it had to have been old as there were visible dried drips going down to the floor-disgusting. I finally got to the lab, and I have to say the tech was very nice. I am happy that I only had to do a drug test here- I do not ever plan on returning, I would not recommend the facility to anyone.. drive to Lake Forest or Libertyville!!

Worst ER Ive ever been too. Took an hour and a half just to see an amateur doctor. After that he ordered x rays that werent even necessary. Im in chronic pain from being assaulted and falling down a flight of stairs and have six stitches above my eye. So after 7 hours of going through all this bullshit and waiting he writes me a script for norco 5-325 and I go to the pharmacy and it turns out the DEA # he wrote on the prescription was expired so I could not get my medication and I am still in chronic pain due to this doctor who shouldnt even be in the staff. Doctor Dinesh Sharma is a mediocre moron that has wasted my whole day and has helped none. Worst experience at an emergency room ever. I would recommend go anywhere in the world besides this horrible place that doesnt help anyone.

Went in through the ER entrance for trouble breathing. I was placed into a room fairly quick, under 10 minutes waiting. I informed the nurses I could barely breathe, they had me take a urine test and place it on the counter in my room. I sat in the room for 2 hours before they decided to come back and take a throat and nasal swab sample. The urine still sat on the counter untouched. After an additional hour they came back and said theyre going to use of their own doctors for discharge. My urine sample was never tested and my lab results were inconclusive.

My husband was transferred to this hospital for an MRI, they found nerves that were abnormal .. They made him walk home or said the doctor will drive you home... Which our car was at the hospital we were transferred from.. I would never recommend these animals. They cant speak or learn to communicate with patients. Half the doctors are giving out pain meds for no good reason... I give this place a 0 .... And the nurses need to stop being stupid ass bitches and actually know there damn JOB... And maybe you thots wont get treated ...

Only reason I gave it one star was to be able to leave a review. This by far is on of the worst places to ever go to. I will never step a foot in this place again. There service sucks big time. U ask a simple question and its like u ask for to much and the nurses get bothered by it. Never again!!! I would seriously NEVER recommend anyone to get any kind of service there

Terrible customer service. Ive never dealt with anyone more rude on the phone. I just want to talk to my friend who is an impatient and Im to the point where Im not even going to call because of rude they are. The sad thing is that I think thats their agenda, they want less people calling.

I came here for a physical and drug test for a new job at corporate health, the building is very run down, but the staff was very friendly. the front desk receptionist was very helpful. The tech Mario cathy and a guy named kris were so helpfull
