I have found my new all time favorite dentist. Dr Kelly is pretty fantastic; not only does he have a great personality, he is quite knowledgeable and careful with his patients. Hes concerned not only with doing the work at hand, but explaining every detail before and during the procedure. He saw to my anxiety about pain but assuring me of his resources and I completely trust him. Hes sensitive to his patients after the procedure and is happy to make sure all is going as it should as far as recovery, and happy to follow up with a look or to identify any additional issues he sees. I just had a broken crown taken out and a bone graft done. I got through the procedure just fine but had sinus pain afterward so he made sure I upped my antibiotics to treat the sinus infection while assuring me he was available for additional questions and care as needed. He focused on taking care of what had to be done while making sure he was truthful about the priority of future work. I see him as a partner in my dental care rather than an aloof medical professional. The office manager Sherri is a delight. She is helpful and believes in making sure the patients are very comfortable both physically and emotionally. Shes incredibly friendly while still being very professional. She does not limit herself to the office part of the business as she likes to understand the treatment going on as well as the patients comfort. Jennifer handles the insurance but also is incredibly friendly and sees to the patients comfort as well - another absolute delight. Im not sure of the other peoples names but thats on me and my short term memory. Im very impressed with them as well. I cant say enough good things about this team. I think Ive found my forever dentist and am less likely to put off care I was previously scared about. I highly recommend this team!

Dr. Kelly and his staff are phenomenal! Their staff are both friendly and professional. I have received excellent dental care and am very happy with the results. They have an amazing office with breathtaking views from the top floor suite overlooking the valley. They use state-of-the-art equipment and even have a 360° X-ray machine. Their dental technicians do an excellent job with cleanings and are very thorough. * I just had the most amazing cleaning ever. Dr. Kelly used an incredible machine called WaterLase to clean my teeth. It was without a doubt the easiest, most thorough cleaning Ive ever had. It was quiet and almost vibration free, without the loud typical noises that go along with teeth cleaning. When he was done, my teeth felt sparkling clean. It was awesome! Most of all..... Nice people, terrific care, and an incredible dental office with a wonderful panoramic view overlooking Camelback Mountain all the way to Phoenix. As most people are in fear of going to the dentist, I am no different. I had cracked a tooth and was in need of immediate dentistry. Dr Jim opened his office early just to treat me, something I feel most dentist wouldnt do. As soon as I was in the chair the fear that generally comes started to dissipate. Dr Jim explained that I wouldnt feel any pain and to take comfort in the fact that I was in good hands. He couldnt have been more right. Not only was my problem solved, I didnt feel a thing. Even my recovery time was painless. I just want to say thank you to Dr Jim and Sherrie, and the rest of the staff for making my experience pain free. I was referred to Dr. Kelly by a co-worker. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated like family. Dr Kelly, wife Sherry and the entire staff are simply fantastic people. Dr. Kelly has a gentle chair side manner that makes this patient calm and relaxed. His explanation of what he sees is backed up by pictures on a color monitor. His office uses state-of-the-art x-ray technology that eliminates any discomfort. The team developed a plan for me that worked within my Insurance and budget. I highly recommend Dr. Jim Kelly Dentistry, you wont be disappointed!

Dr. Kelly and all of his practitioners are some of the most kind people Ive had the privilege to meet. I am so grateful to have found a dentist I literally cant wait to see and their office totally makes you feel at home. I had a few fillings done with their laser technology and I had no pain with no novocain. I left feeling wonderful and I was able to go throughout my day without a numbed up mouth. I used to never trust my dentist, but Dr. Kelly has really instilled trust in me and I would not want to work with anyone else. Thank you for everything Dr. Kelly!!

Dr. Kelly has an amazing way with people. He slows down to really see and appreciate each one for who they are and that is what makes him a great person and doctor. I tend to get nervous at dentists offices, but I found myself at ease with him. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him and his excellent assistant Claudia to anyone in need of a good dentist, in fact I drive all the way up from Tucson just to see him.
