I first selected this office merely out of geographical conveniences they are litterally across the street from my office. Years later, I would galdly drive to Ajo to continue having this crew meet my dental needs. They are one nicer than the other, professional and my mouth has never felt better. I had a root canal some time back and, never had one before and went into the procedure with a certain amount of intrepidation. During a follow up call later that day I kidded with her that I had stopped payment on the charges because I didnt believe she did anything!!!! I had NO PAIN whatsoever and the novocane had worn off before I even got to my office! I am not interested in revealing my age but, suffice it to say that I have a card in my wallet with a big "M" on it (Gasp!) so Ihave seen a lot of dental practices in my life and not only do I not mind going....I almost look forward to it! If Washington ran our country with 1% of the professionalism that this practive operates, America would be in very good shape!

I would give Dr. Mansell TEN stars if I could. I was in town with a group of friends/coworkers for a meeting. A night of fun quickly turned into concern when my friends veneer broke and fell out of her mouth. We were concerned for both her health and of course the traumatic experience of suddenly a broken smile. After a basic emergent dentist search via google, I found Dr. Mansells number along with others. However, Dr. Mansell provided her direct number for emergent after hour concerns... AND SHE ANSWERED IT! She addressed our immediate concern of health by making sure she wasnt in any pain, and agreed to see her first thing in the morning to reapply my friends veneer before her practices opened to see her daily patients. Dr. Mansell welcomed her with open arms and pleasantries, made her feel so welcome even though we are from out of town, and provided the best of care and service. We are forever grateful.

Of course, because I had been derelict in my dental responsibilities, I was anxious about my appointment and the anticipated results. Dr. Mansell was incredibly reassuring and eased my mind. More than 10 years have passed, and I am still reassured by her kind, calm, professional demeanor. I trust her advice unequivocally because I know that she has genuine concern for her patients. If you wouldve told me a year ago that I would be excited for the dentist I wouldve told you that you were insane but somehow Dr. Mansell made this happen! The first few appts I had to take something to calm my nerves but now I can go in cold turkey AND with a smile on my face. I cant say enough great things about her and her team. Everyone is so so sweet and caring, so thorough, and the entire experience is so better than I could have EVER imagined! Plus, unlike just about every other practice Ive gone to, I have never had a problem with their billing team. If you are thinking about finding a new dentist, Dr. Mansell and her team should really be no brainer.

Dr. Mansell and her entire team are exactly what healthcare should be. They are caring, friendly, patient and highly knowledgeable. They listen to each one of your concerns and answer all of your questions before making a plan with you that works for you. Each team member is an expert in their respective area and will do whatever it takes to make sure you understand everything, from the actual dental work to the stressful financial stuff. For years going to the dentist has given me anxiety. Now, I look forward to visiting the dentist (as much as one can). I have had the same dentist for 22 years and recently became a patient upon a referral. Kathi and her team have gone above and beyond in their services. They are diligent and professional, having my best "dental" interests and health as their #1 priority. They are not in my network and the costs for their services are not completely covered, but, then again, you get what you pay for. Kathi and her team have far exceeded my expectations and any out of pocket is well worth what I have to pay.

Loud thunder makes me jump, nails on a chalkboard make me cringe, but going to the dentist makes me CRAZY. Well, it did, before I went to Dr. Mansell. I needed to have a crown done on a highly sensitive tooth. Dr. Mansell and her team did everything in their power to make sure I felt calm, comfortable and SANE during the procedure.
