SHADY!! Unprofessional & Unorganized! Update 5/17/2017 4:55pm: They just took $203 out of my account w/o any notice or authorization. Our agreement was $75 per payday (every other Friday) today is Wednesday and $203 is obviously more than $75. Update 5/17/2017 4pm: Made an appointment because I thought that I was almost paid off on the treatment plan they had set forth for me about a year and a half ago. Went in today and first thing they told me was that I was going to have to pay an exam fee. I was originally told any and all follow up care for this treatment plan was included, but it was only $40 and I guess they need to do what they need to do. So I thought Id get an exam, some new information maybe or something. No exam, only thing that happened was Ella took some xrays. The only thing the doctor said that was new was that if I wanted to move forward with the "new treatment plan" that basically I was still going to owe thousands more dollars. I explained to him that I thought that I WAS paid. That when the treatment plan was explained to me before and I put somewhere around $1000 down and had been paying at least $150 per month for the last year and a half, was that everything I needed done was in that plan! Apparently not the case. So the other reason why I came in was that I need a tiny filling in a front tooth. Asked how much that was going to cost, he wouldnt tell me but said someone would be right in to tell me. 45 minutes later, I get a quote for $350. So today was pretty much a waste of my time. Not happy. I give 1 star for Ella the assistant. She is sweet. Rest of the place is unorganized to say the least. Ill be finding a new dentist.
