I went there for an emergency as the pain was intolerable. The Dentist Joshua Badall was very helpful and applied anesthesia while the specialist saw me the day after. He also made the appointment for me. I really appreciate he did that. After my root canal done, I made an appointment at this On Call facility to do the crown, thinking I was in very good hands. The temporary crown was placed by a practitioner, not by the main Dentist, it fell off the day after eating blueberries and a cookie, nothing hard or chewy. I wish the dentist asked me if I allowed a practitioner to practice with me or have a discount, but of course not (paid $1,006 that day). I decided to wait 2 weeks until my crown was ready to go back as I didnt want to repeat the experience. The crown arrived and the Dentist Badall couldnt make it fit, he polished my molar more than the half of it leaving just a base for the crown to fit. He ended up apologizing and ordering another crown as that one could break because of the work he did on it. Finally today I was supposed to go and have my crown ready, but just called 40 min before my appointment to make sure they had it, the receptionist (Katie) told me it will arrive until next Monday, no one had the attention to call and let me know. When I asked why no one called me she replied: I know right? and just gave me a new appointment for next week, she didnt even apologize. This is the most unprofessional clinic I have been. No one has the right to play with the time of others and put practitioners to work on a patient without his consent. If you have an emergency and theres no other option they may be able to help you in that moment, but if you want the best work done on your teeth (which I assume) go to a more serious dental clinic with professional personal.

March 1, 2017 I had an urgent visit to On Call Dental Care. I had fallen and broke both of my front teeth BAD! The receptionist was sweet and concerned and told me to come in right away My nerve was exposed and the pain was horrific. I was introduced to the best dentist I have ever had!!! Dr Sandra Leedy ! She made me comfortable with the high pain I was in. Dr. Leedy took her time and made two temporary front teeth that turned out AMAZING!! She worked on me at least 3 hours and never showed any sign to hurry up! In fact she and her staff stayed over an hour after closing time just for me! She is now officially my new dentist! I brag to about her to everyone (family, friends and co workers) Id like to say to everyone at One Call Dental Urgent Care.......from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU, ALL OF YOU! Thank you for being open on a Sunday, I have no idea how I could of coped with the pain until Monday!

okay so I dont really wright reviews but it was strong on my heart to share the awesome service and the blessings that i have been blessed with. Joshua Badall was who I seen I have never felt more comfortable with a dentist in my life I went in with a emergency tooth ache the cavity was down in my roots just barely missing my main nerve i was so scared he made me feel at home he was guiding me the whole procedure letting me know I was okay and I was going to be okay not only that he also really really cares for our health he explains more then the average dentist he is genuine and he is such a blessing to have as a dentist i highly highly recommend Dr. Joshua Badall he is by far the most amazing dentist that I have met and ever let do work on me, Thank you Joshua Badall I cant thank you enough.

The dentists and receptionists at OnCall are all incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and the receptionist made sure that I was comfortable as I waited. Despite my having missed my first appointment and not having had an appointment for the time I walked in, they still were able to help me almost immediately. The dentist was professional, courteous, and answered every question I had, and my problem was fixed very quickly. They even called me multiple times after my appointment to make sure that everything was working well, and helped work out some insurance difficulties. I am very impressed, and I will definitely return to OnCall with any future dental issues!

I go to school in Phoenix and had a tooth ache, unfortunately I did not have a dentist in the area. I went in and was able to have a root canal done quick and easy! They treated me very professionally and I did not feel a thing. Ive felt more pain when getting a filling done than the entire procedure. I would highly recommend them for any dental work that would need to be done if you are in the area. I have also been treated very professionally and as if I am the only patient when asking for paperwork and my x-rays. Great experience and would go back in a heart beat if I need to get further work done.

Woke up with massive swelling and intense pain this morning from a broken tooth. Found these guys on Google and they were conveniently located close to home. Walked in and was seen w/in 30 min. Dr. Conderato took the time to explain what she was to do. My extraction went smoothly and with appreciation of my pain. A very caring and helpful staff kept me calm throughout the procedure. I highly recommend them for any "emergency" dental problems you may suffer from. Was in and out in about and hour. I normally dont write reviews, but when you receive great care, I find it important to share.

Bad communication and dont honor there appointment times. I showed up 15 mins before my scheduled appointment and after waiting 35 minutes I asked how much longer before I would be seen. She comes back 10 minutes later saying at least another 30 minutes before I would get a chair in the back. Seriously! One hour after my scheduled time Ill get a chair in the back and who knows how long I would have to wait back there. They just lost my business and I definitely will not recommend them to anyone. Dont schedule appointments if you are going to take all the walk ins ahead of them. Poor service!!

My experience with OnCall Dental Urgent Care was excellent! I called them because I was having a lot of pain in one of my back teeth. I was surprised when they found time to have me come in for an appointment that same day. From the moment I walked into the office, they made me feel comfortable. All of the staff, including the doctor, were very pleasant and helpful. Because of how well they handled my toothache, Ill be going to them from now on for my cleanings and dental maintenance. So glad that I have the option of going in 7 days a week!

After having an extremely difficult time finding a dentist to pull a molar I was having trouble with, I found OnCall Dental Urgent Care. Right when I walked in the staff was really sympathetic to my situation and my pain. They even did research with my insurance to see if my request was covered after visiting other offices that same day! All in all, the staff and the Dr REALLY took care of me. I was in and out quickly and I didnt have to argue with a dentist or schedule a future appointment for something I wanted for myself.
