Ive been going to Modern Family Medicine for a year and a half. The office is clean, comfortable, and stylish... Think comfortable chair, unique art, and added available benefits like mindfulness classes & an oxygen bar. Dr. Gartenberg herself is a rockstar! She is exceeds my expectations as a primary care provider, and as a result, now treats my husband and mother, as well. She has an awesome bedside manner. It is clear that she cares about her patients. She takes her time with each appointment, is easily reachable on her patient portal, and has given me referrals to specialists that I also really liked. Her staff is professional, welcoming, and all seem happy to be at work. Theyve even started taking blood in office as a convenience to patients. When I told the medical assistant I am get woozy/am prone to fainting, she moved me to a comfortable chair, gave me a lollipop, and readied herself with smelling salts, just in case. Honestly, I didnt feel a thing except for gratitude. If your family needs a Primary Care Provider they can count on, I recommend Dr. Gartenberg & Modern Family Medicine a hundred times over. Though we recently moved to the other side of town, my family will continue to see her because that kind of care is worth the drive.

Ive been seeing Dr. Gartenberg at for several years. I actually met her at a previous office and followed her when she opened Modern Family Medicine. It is so difficult to find a primary care doctor that actually has knowledge of supplements and other types of medicine other than traditional. She has always been a caring and attentive physician. Staff at her new office are also very polite and friendly people. Minimal wait time is the best part since I am a physician myself and dont have time to be late. I always feel better after Ive gone to Modern Family Medicine especially after an acupuncture treatment. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an awesome primary care physician. Dr. Gartenberg does not disappoint.

Office couldnt be bothered to respond to prescription refill requests from pharmacy for days. Nor when I called and requested them myself 3 days in a row. Finally on the 10th day I drove to the office to request paper copies in case it was a tech issue. Only received a couple of the ones I needed, even then the Dr. wrote them for the wrong strength. 1/4 the strength I needed. To be clear, these were ASTHMA meds, not narcotics. LIFE SUSTAINING MEDICATIONS. I ended up spending my Easter weekend in the ER. Actually getting treated.

My first visit was a very long wait. Hopefully it is not like that every time! However, the Dr. was EXCELLENT and funny. I am very picky when it comes to PCPs so I definitely ask a ton of questions. She was very thorough with what she would be doing and the assistants were very pleasant as well.
